Great atmosphere, nice decoration. The food is not exactly French as the name implies. Nevertheless the croque monsieur tasted great. I wished they had a croque madame for the same price

Horrible service. Main courses unavailable. Food was half delivered to table. Shameful. Totally not reccomended for food or service. I walked out without eating after 45 min in the restaurant.

The best thing about this restaurant is the decorations. The food online was not what was available. We were given a very small menu and then upon ordering find out the thing we wanted was out. I ordered a medium burger that came well done. Glasses sat empty with no refills. Visualizza piatti

Nice atmosphere, great decorations and people that goes there is friendly… how ever is my 3rd time being over charge, doble charge or extra charge for a drink… firt I thought it was a mistake, second time my friend doubled charge and now im like extra charge when I ordered my check I had 3 extra dinks on my bill… too much cheating in this bar!!! Sucks

The only good thing about this place is Christmas decorations. They are really festive and nice. The food was mediocre at best. It took forever to get the drinks, we had to ask several people for them. The waiters and hostesses were unfriendly and a bit rude. The restrooms were dirty, no tp or paper towels in both women’s and men’s rooms. I also didn’t appreciate the mandatory 20% tip that was included into my check.

Restaurant was ok at best. Yes, decorations are nice, but dated. We ordered the 3 for $49 appetizers and again, not impressed. We ordered burgers and chicken. Burgers were delicious!!! Chicken was okay. Sodas were all flat and tasteless. Awful. Romeo was one of our waiters and didn’t even introduce himself, just flat out asked what we wanted to eat. Other waiters were nicer. If your going to Come here to see the decorations, then have a quick drink at the bar!! That’s it! Then leave. I hate complaining and leaving reviews but this is the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Honestly the food wasn’t bad, and I loved the Christmas decorations but that was all rewind by the staff, oh my god! I’m not from America and I know hospitality rely on tips. Our waitress didn't arrive for another 30 minutes as we waited. The waitresses failed to advise us that some of the drinks we had ordered were unavailable once we had placed our drink orders. The beverages were both flat and improperly prepared.
