We just picked up a large cheese pizza and it's even better than I remember! Perfectly charred crust, the right proportion of sauce to melty cheese. What more can you want from pizza?

Incredible pizza! Even the gluten-free option is outstanding! I've been ordering from here for years. Just a heads up, delivery usually takes about an hour, so make sure to plan accordingly.

The pizza is great and not bad I love to go when they have the 2 gourmet slices and a drink for about $9. The pizza is pretty solid and the service is quick! So for 2 slices that are pretty big portions and a drink it's well worth the value! Visualizza piatti

We had found a driving tour of the Hudson Valley and it said that Gardiner had cute shops and restaurants. When we got to Gardiner, we were hungry and we didn't see many restaurants. Pasquale's had a nice patio so we stopped. They have a large selection of pizzas by the slice. The pizza was good and the patio was pleasant.

The service was outstanding—extremely kind and friendly. We received a generous amount of food along with fountain drinks, and the total was surprisingly low. The taste of the food was excellent; the pizza, knots, Greek salad, and cheesecake were all phenomenal! This is the perfect restaurant for bringing your kids, parents, or anyone else. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

No pictures because we hiked in Minnewaska and showed up RAVENOUS. This place is awesome! Quiet, outdoor seating, nice music, this was exactly what we needed after ignoring trail markers and needlessly adding 4 miles to our hike. The cheese and white-broccoli slices were perfectly cooked and delicious. Stopped in on the way home from New Paltz (we live about 20 mins from the restaurant), grabbed a few slices (margarita-soooo good, meatball and bbq chicken ranch with pepperoni-hubby said they were both ok, he thought they'd be more flavorful) and I also had the eggplant parm slider which was amazing. The service was quick and they were super friendly and helpful. We also got 2 sodas and the total bill was about $22, imo that's a bargain! I'd def stop in again.

Pasquale's in Gardiner has been our go to pizza joint for years. Sadly, the manager who brought life to the place Chris) is no longer there. It has been awhile since he left, but the difference in the atmosphere is still palpable. The wait staff are wonderful, however, Chris used to make the rounds of the dining room , greeting customers, joking etc. After all this time, I'm still not sure who is in charge when the owner isn't present. an owner who has never acknowledged our existence btw). This is my Most Favorite Place to have very good Italian Food. I'm Italian and very picky I might add! I have to say Their Grandma's Pizza is The Best I've ever had!!! It's also my Favorite!!! I grew up on the Lower East side and I lived in the Hudson Valley for 32 years!! I've experienced pizza all around. They are Hands down the Best. The Chicken Quesadillas are out of this world too. The Shrimp Parmesan is very good baked stuffed Shells. Salads are fresh too. The Cobb Salad is huge. The Ingredients they use for their pizza are quality cheeses and sauce .
