"The service was extremely slow. The food was really average. The reviews online in my opinion are overrated as it relates to the food. The location and ambience was amazing. Extensive wine and Spirit list which is very good. Bottom line, not sure I'll take the effort to go out there again."

"Great burger stand that is a regular stop for our family when we’re in the Flathead valley. Walk-up service from a super friendly cashier/manager. There is often a wait to get your food that they will always inform you of when you order. Get a beeper and you can explore nearby while you wait. They do take credit cards, but have cash in your pocket. Phone coverage can be spotty in the area so sometimes the card reader is unavailable. Quick aside: When the power went out during our last visit, they kept the grill running for us and completed the order! Above and beyond. Mostly outdoor seating (or take-away) but there are about 5 tables available inside. The fried pork sandwich and Flathead Monster burger are my favorites. Shakes are great, but I don’t order them often (saving the carbs for the burger bun and a couple fries). All in all, recommended if you’re in the area, but be aware it may take a few minutes to complete your order."

"This restaurant was a cozy and quiet place to enjoy a meal. The food was outstanding! Our server was very kind and even brought us a slice of delicious French lemon cake to celebrate our honeymoon. I highly recommend this place, especially the beef tenderloin which was incredibly tender. The shrimp scampi pasta dish was also spicy but packed with flavor. The service, atmosphere, and food all received top marks. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50"

"Our Experience started out a bit rocky but quickly got better. My husband called the restaurant around 6:30 asking about a wait time to get a table for two. The lady on the phone was pleasant and let us know there was no wait time. We jumped in the car shortly after arriving to the restaurant around 7:00pm. We walked in and asked for a table for two, the man at the desk said all tables are reserved and it will be a 45 Minute wait to be seated at the bar. We agreed to wait and sat down. This is when I pulled out my trusty OpenTable app which showed reservations available in 15 minutes all the way through closing for a party of two. I booked a reservation and had a table 15 minutes later. Pretty lame this man lied to my husband and I in only what I perceived as a desire for us to leave the restaurant. After we were seated at our table we had great service from our waitress. The menu is outstanding, so many unique rolls. We started off with the pork dumplings (steamed) which id highly recommend. Next we got three rolls of sushi. Typically my husband and I get 4 rolls at sushi restaurants but after seeing the size of these rolls we thought we better stick with just three and we couldn't even finish it all. They are long with about 10-12 pieces per roll. Super unique combos of ingredients with some of the options which I thought was so fun to try. Don't worry they have some basic/classic rolls as well. Overall I'd recommend this restaurant, just make a reservation first."

"I am so glad we decided to stop at Pocketstone for breakfast on our way to Missoula. You can't really beat the little town vibe of Big Fork, so that was a great start. The service was so kind and accommodating. The food was excellent and easily the best breakfast I had during our trip to Montana. The one little hiccup was they served my friend room temperature tea instead of a hot coffee that he ordered...but he is too nice to let them know. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the area."
