The staff was very welcoming and the food was excellent. I tried the vegetable fried rice and it was delicious. I asked my daughters what their favorite part of dining here was and my youngest (11 years old) said it was a burst of flavors!! She ordered the Beef Pho and loved it.

We are so glad we discovered Peak of Asia! The Spring Rolls are amazing, the Vietnamese crepe was to die for!!! The sauces are all so good too. We had a delicious meal and felt good after. We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. We brought our friend to try Banh Mi for the first time and he really enjoyed it, especially with the roast beef. The drinks and appetizers were also delicious. My wife ordered the vermicelli bowl, which was full of flavor and very satisfying. We look forward to trying more dishes from their menu the next time we visit Breckenridge.

This restaurant is amazing! We were seated at the bar quickly, even though Breckenridge is busy during peak season. I loved the cozy atmosphere with dark tones, wood accents, plants, and beautiful decor. We were recommended this place by the Raitman Art Gallery across the street. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The drinks were fantastic! I tried the Tokyo tea and my favorite was the pineapple Jacka. I had a great time and plan on returning before I leave Denver.

that's my way to pho in filth! the avocado tofu spring rolls are the best I've ever had. the veggie pho is packed with vegetables and the tofu sucks the sweet broth taste so good. during the passage, the pho serves as two meal times. the track mi is good, but the sauce is not vegan and a little dry without it. the family that leads the place is so sweet. the reason why they are closed on Tuesday is because they go after thever to find hard (in the mountains) ingredients for the restaurant. they also have lots of fun cocktails! everything is done to order, so they may have to wait a bit for busy evenings, but so it is worth it! Went on vacation to Breckenridge, CO. Found this place and fell in love with the food, the staff, and the ambiance. First of all, the waitress told me that all their vegetables and foods are organic. I ordered the veggie spring rolls as appetizers and they brought them with basil leaves and lettuce so that I could wrap the rolls in them. Also came with a chili sauce that was delicious. I’m a big fan of going off hours at Breck to avoid the crowds. Arrived at 4:30pm and sat at bar. Bartender was very helpful with letting us know what could be made vegan. Her mom and sister are the chefs and she was happy to tell me how fresh their ingredients are with a big smile. Very sweet! Got the fresh rolls, they replaced meat with tofu and added sliced avocado, sauce with peanuts delicious too! A must!
