Good food and easy to order on their website for pickup. Customer service is a little lacking with the feeling that they're doing you a favor by being there but it depends on the day and who is on the clock. Restaurant is right on two major crossstreets so getting in and out is pretty quick.

So ordered online not doordash on Pei Wei?s website to pickup at 12:15. I put in my order at 11:45am. I only have 1/2 hr for lunch. The food was not ready till 12:27pm. The place had maybe 10 people sitting. Ordered wonton soup and no wontons in my soupjust broth. Will not be returning there again!!

I've ordered Pad Thai twice through UberEats, and both times it has been disappointing. The first time, the noodles were extremely soggy, and today's order didn’t even come with any Pad Thai sauce. It's really frustrating, especially since the one in Phoenix has always been great every time I've ordered. This was just dry noodles with some chili flakes.

The food LOOKS fine, I was excited to try it even though our order was stolen before our doordasher had even gotten there. Immediately my chicken curry reeks of fish. The taste is bland, rubbery, and oddly sour/fishy. It left a nasty taste in my mouth and I'm assuming it's spoiled. Took 2 bites and I'm throwing the rest away. First and only time I will ever try this place.

I ordered a pretty good amount from here and was super disappointed. the Vegetable Spring Roll is the only item i would recommend. The Chicken Lo Mein had zero seasoning, sauce, or flavor. i paid extra for them to add vegetables which they did not. the Kids Orange Chicken was all crumbs, and the Chicken Dumplings also had zero flavor. The service was incredibly slow, likely due to poor management. The flow of orders was disorganized, with the cashier struggling to take orders, deliver meals to the dining room, and package takeout at the same time. The restroom was in bad shape; the trash was left in the middle of the floor without a bag, and the floors appeared as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. While the menu was limited, the food and tea remained enjoyable.

5 stars for John! He was alone and handled customers well with courtesy. However the food was disappointing for what we paid. We purchased a family meal it came out to over $40. The portion of lo mein and white rice was huge but a family size I think not.Mostly white rice on the entrees and only enough for 2 when it is supposed to serve 4-5 (extremely small potions). However Johnmade it right and gave us more of the entrees we ordered due to the small portions and was extremely apologetic. The food tastedgreat and fresh. Will return because of John's service but won't be ordering the family meal again.
