I had the crab wontons and they were delicious as always. Also Samira provided great customer service, very nice and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The food preparation took a long time, and the staff seemed indifferent and aloof. Most importantly, I was not a fan of the crunchy rice. As a result, I do not intend to return.

The last time I was in here was about two months ago. Honestly, I was reluctant to return because the entire place was so dirty and run down. It was not up to the Pei standard I have come to know over the years. I am so glad I stopped in today and was pleasantly surprised that the place is clean, tidy, and welcoming. The little things make a big difference! Thank you for getting this place back together.

Pei Wei can be quite inconsistent, and unfortunately, today's experience was a letdown. My food was extremely dry, and the steak was unappetizing and fatty. My husband's meal was similarly bland. It's frustrating that they charge an extra 75 cents for additional sauce, especially when the food is so dry that it practically necessitates a purchase. I'd much prefer spending $20 at Chick-fil-A for fresh, flavorful food than $23 here, struggling to finish my meal. The only silver lining is that we used a BOGO deal, so I'm relieved I didn't pay full price—it definitely wasn't worth it. Visualizza piatti

The sesame chicken was surprisingly tender and crispy, and it came with a few broccoli florets that still had a great crunch. However, the drunken noodles didn't quite taste like the ones I remember from the past, but that might just be because I haven't had them in a while. The restaurant has a calm and cozy atmosphere, making it easy to have a quiet conversation. They also offer outdoor seating. Would I return here? Maybe. If I'm trying to save money, I might skip it since Panda Express is conveniently located right across the street. That said, the food was good, and the service was excellent. Plus, they offer a broader variety of dishes than Panda Express does.

Great experience! Was surprised to find not many people inside, however they had a counter stacked with to go orders. Was greeted right away by Samira. She was very helpful in making sure additions could be made to my order. My order was quickly prepared and it was delicious. Samira also did a great job of making sure I was satisfied with my order and periodically checked to see if I needed anything else. My rice bowl with chicken, steak, and shrimp was on point. The crab meat rangoons were delicious (my favorite). The whole time I was there, I saw everyone else that arrived receive great service from Samira and the rest of the staff. On a sizzlingly hot Monday afternoon in San Antonio, my wife and I were headed home from a movie on Huebner Oaks when we remembered a Pei Wei Asian Kitchen nearby. We have not been there since 2019 and were surprised that it was still there. We walked into an A/C-cooled restaurant and looked over their menu. It has changed since the last time we were here. Unfortunately, they had no beef to serve so we settled for chicken. We should have just left after that but we wanted to try their food after a few years.
