Haley was on top of everything and had it all out quicker than ai ever thought! Wonderful customer service too! 11/10

They prepared our food fresh. It's an all new menu and my orange chicken did not have vegetables like the old recipe. And the portion size is smalker now. Tough parking at this location; back in only.

Ordered a spring roll, egg roll, and a bowl of soup. These took 20 minutes. The broth in the soup was little more than water, with only two dumplings in the entire bowl, and the broth tasted poisonous. Visualizza piatti

The service was great here. The young lady that assisted us at the register had a great attitude and was very thorough. I tried the bourbon chicken for the first time and it was delicious ! Went here for lunch and will be back again.

this is a great place to eat a good bite. fresh ingredients and fast service. it tends to become loud during the midday, but quickly settles down in the early afternoon. the portions are large, great to share. a lot, even veggie options.

good, but inauthentic. eating was good, but as the other review said, it is as authentic as olive garden is in Italian. the other is that it has a very strong chain feeling. tucson and this part of the southwest can be a chain. I don't know, and I've never seen the restaurant on the east coast or in the south. Nevertheless it was good (although I had better pad thais elsewhere). Visualizza piatti

had a demand and was of the uofa, so I stopped here for dinner. I ordered the thai basilikum cashew huh with white rice. I was served with the wrong rice and very cold entree. I asked for a fresh one and they made me new what I liked. my bf ordered egg rolls with his escape and they were as warm and soggy as if they had long sat. I appreciate that they have made my meal new, but was not impressed overall.

So I'm a chef, prefer to make most dishes that chain restaurants offer rather than order them. My wife spent a lot of time working for PF Changs, so we are familiar with Pei Wei. I was busy at the doctor's office last week so she surprised me with Dan Dan noodles. They were ok, but they complimented the General Tso nicely. We both agreed that my recipe is better but wouldn't dismiss ordering it again. Today she made the mistake of ordering it again. The last time we got it there was the distinct taste of peanut butter and a little spice. She had asked for extra bean sprouts, which were a good side note for the inordinate amount of shredded carrots. This time we got this. No carrots, no bean...

I went to my local Pei Wei (5/1/22) and picked up my online order in which I was excited about trying the new Mongolian Chicken Nachos for the first time. I also ordered Mongolian green beans which I 've ordered several times before.I got my order home and the Mongolian Chicken Nachos were extremely salty, now I like a little seasoning but that was way too much! I should 've taken it back but it was a hot day here and didn 't want to drive again, my 2nd order was the Mongolian green beans and they had way too much pepper sauce! (or whatever you call it) it covered the bottom of the dish and was saturated over the beans.I didn 't think to take a photo but I wouldn 't make that up! I very much... Visualizza piatti
