Pei Wei - Piatti

This restaurant has really declined in quality. The fried rice had almost no vegetables and lacked flavor. It used to be one of my favorites.

The food was served quickly and was very hot and fresh. The restrooms were clean, and the friendly staff were more than willing to assist with our special request.

Not that great. Just so-so, especially for the price. Stay away from fountain drinks. Self serve fountain drinks are nearly $4! Meals have a lot of rice, little meat and veggies, not worth it. Visualizza piatti

Before COVID, we used to eat at this location quite often and the food was consistently good. Ate here a few days ago and not only was my meal so horribly bad that I chose to just throw it away, the little that I did eat made me feel like I might need to throw up for several hours afterwards.

Disappointing not spicy when they advertise two chili peppers for drunken noodles. Flavor is fine but utterly not spicy. Not all that much chicken either or so it seems. a whole bunch of noodles. Good proportion of veggies with occasional chicken pieces. chicken is relatively the cheapest of meat in any food: if they're scrimping on chicken, not a positive.

This is an excellent spot for quick Asian dishes without the high prices of sit-down restaurants. The atmosphere is consistently clean and organized, though, like many others, they are facing some staffing challenges. Overall, the staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite dish is the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer; it's expertly prepared and leaves me feeling satisfied without needing to order anything else from the menu. Visualizza piatti

Ordered carry out and it was the most uninspired meal I've seen in quite a while. The chicken fried rice included barely a shred or two of carrot and green onion to offset the bland flavoring, the bourbon chicken was quite sparse looked more like a half an order and not very good at all, mostly sugar. I can only hope that whatever sad soul prepared this listless offering quits the business and finds something they can put more of themselves into going forward.

We were late for prepping dinner at home so called in an order of Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. We were 15 minutes away. Our order was immediately available upon our arrival. Very nice. Would have used the app but it's absolutely never worked for me. Not exactly sure why the 3-star rating. We always order extra sauce and they're now charging almost $1 for it but I attribute that to cost of the container more than anything else. Our order was very tasty.

I had visited here many, many years ago (eg when they first opened) and more recently checked them out again. They have an app now and ordering, paying and picking up orders are a breeze. Love their rewards program and to help encourage folks to use the app, they are offering a free entree after purchasing a min of $8. What a great deal! We have been ordering and eating their pud thai and drunken noodle dishes and have enjoyed them. Customizing your order is easy to do (eg I added extra bean sprouts to my pud thai order).
