"We visited the Seabreeze location right before the Carolina Beach bridge this past week, and we have to say that the staff there was exceptional. Younger teams often get a bad reputation in customer service, but as two individuals who have spent most of our lives in this field, we always feel compelled to acknowledge good service. The three employees—two young men and one young woman—were an ideal fit for their roles. They encouraged us to take our time, offered suggestions, and informed us about an upcoming event next weekend. They were friendly, engaging, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. And the Snoballs were just as amazing! We can't wait to come back!"

My family loves Pelicans but not this one. This Pelicans didn’t have the ice cream option and the shaved ice flavors weren’t as strong as the other ones we had been to before. There’s also no indoor seating.
