"This is hands down my husband and I's favorite sandwich shop in all of San Diego and we gladly drive 30 minutes to get here. It's worth it every time! My favorite sandwich on the menu is the Sweet Bird and I have to get it every time. Crystal also suggested I try something new so I opted for the Reuben which was absolutely delicious! Crystal is one of the amazing employees that works here and made our experience extra special. My husband loves the Bovine sandwich and tried the tomato soup which was delicious and so fresh. The ingredients used here are TOP NOTCH. So is the service! This is a family owned business and they put their sweat in blood into it! It shows with their kindness, attention to detail and the effort they make to remember each customer. We ended the experience with their amazing cookies. They spoiled our pup with bacon and he's already asking to go back. We will be here every weekend to continue to make our way through the plethora of amazing options on the menu."

The food was very delicious. I took away one star because they forgot to include my soup and drink with my takeout lunch special, and I had to ask for them. Still, I would definitely eat here again because the food is so good!

Higher end quality food is served at this deli! Family owned and Crystal is knowledgeable while providing excellent thoughtful service. Lots of seating inside and outside. Expansive menu with something for everyone. Should be renamed Pepper Farm Deli-cious!

We had a fantastic first visit to Pepper Farm Deli! We tried the Flatbread Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza and the Avocado Goodness Salad, both of which were delicious and generously portioned. The staff was friendly and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our order in just about 10 minutes after we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience!

A hidden gem in Santee! They offer a wide-ranging menu featuring upscale dishes. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. I particularly enjoyed their patio atmosphere, enhanced by charming Italian music. My wife and I tried the Chicken Chipotle Flatbread along with a side of mac and cheese, and everything was delicious—including the IPA. I will definitely be back to sample their breakfast and the Lobster Roll as well.

This place has a lot of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The place is cute inside with tables to sit. Chopped chicken sandwich: it's great. They make it fresh. Flatbread with pepperoni and mushroom is okay. It's not my favorite. It's more like a pizza with mushrooms. The mushrooms seasoned is sour. 11/10/23- I went in there for a late lunch around 3pm. Cute place with a very shocking large menu to select from. Wonderful service and very clean inside. I ordered the Goldilocks. Also, they serve breakfast there as well. I saw listed a ribeye breakfast sandwich I will try next time. Sandwich was built well, they didn't skip on the meat as well. It tasted very good. They had inside seating and a few tables to sit outside. I took the order to go. Check out the photos.

Your sandwiches are simply the best the perfect balance of meats, cheeses and fresh vegetables packed between fresh rolls. I am also obsessed with your chicken chipotle flatbread pizza!
