Waited an hour because they gave our table to someone else. Didn't seem concerned about disabled family member or hungry children. We ended up leaving. Never again!

I absolutely love this place... the food is always the best and the atmosphere and music is true to traditional Latin experience... helpful friendly staff and managers

Kid-friendly: They have a good selection for children. Parking: It might be difficult to find a spot during busy times, but we have never not found a space in the parking lot. I had never been to a peppers until recently the Crestview location is phenomenal compared to Fwb. I loved their tacos At the Crestview location. Impressed that my hands had ABSOLUTELY NO GREASE then I got tacos in FWB location after one bite my hands were sopping in grease. I hope the kitchen all the staff feel great because their doing exceptional

Waited an hour to be seated. They gave our table away to a party that cane in after us. Hostess didn't seem to care. We thought about leaving but the children were hungry. At one point they tried to seat us in a Booth but one member of our party is disabled and couldn't get in the mall space. The manager did not seem all that concerned, so we left. We will not frequent Peppers again.

Impressive !!! You walk in , this place is fully staffed ,all friendly and well trained. Margaritas was strong and good, food taste, quality, quantity and presentation all wonderful!! Even the bathroom was spotless !!! We aren’t from the area and I chose this place and so glad we did…if I’m in the area again we will stop back in !! This place is more of a 3.5 with respect to the food. The staff and service was very good. It was loud and noisy but not too bad. The real issue was that they have no respect for the food, it was more about speed. Dish I ordered was missing some ingredients and when I mentioned it, they gladly offered to correct it. Only problem is it wasn’t remade just tossed the missing ingredients on top and reheated it and presto proper dish. The dish lacked seasoning and flavor. Prices were reasonable. Everyone was polite and hustling but the food just didn’t cut it for “good” Mexican rather it was ok.

I love this place and it really doesn't matter which location you go to as I've ve enjoyed them all. We get a lot of visitors here in Florida, and it is the restaurant we always take friends and family to. They love Peppers as well. Maybe I've always been fortunate, but they've never screwed up an order, service is relatively quick, staff are always polite and knowledgeable, and the drinks are strong, and prices are very reasonable. I've been to Mexico several times, lived in Texas, and tried great Mexican food everywhere, so I don't want to compare styles, but bottom line is they serve great tasting food regardless of what you order there.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu. My kids love it.

excellent Mexican cuisine. chips great. salsa delicious. want to extra heat asking for home made hot sauce to add the salsa. so good! it's really hot, but add something you like to taste to your level. I ordered chimichanga lovers. 3 styles all very good. shredded chicken, steak and then the garnelen chimichanga. very filling bowl. I ate all the garnel chimichanga because it was so delicious! then ate some of steak and huh chimichangas. that will be tomorrow. Mom ordered shredded beef tobaccos. Very good. jared ordered taco salat. huge in large flour tortilla dish. huge burrito red sauce. carne asada quesadilla for james. we all enjoyed peppers Mexican eating! muey bueno! highly recommended!
