"I wish I could give this place negative reviews! My mother in law, my wife, and I were in the area visiting family, and we stopped at this Perkins before heading home. We got our food, my wife’s bacon wasn’t cooked at all, my hash browns weren’t cooked, none of our eggs weren’t cooked the way we asked for them, my wife’s chicken on her sandwich wasn’t cooked right, my mother in law couldn’t eat her sandwich because it was too hard, our food was cold. Our appetizers were better than our entree. The server was rude, she would come ask how everything was and before any of us could answer she would bolt the other way. The manager on shift was rude after we explained to the server we wanted some compensation for our service and for our food, she asked what we would like done for it. My mother in law asked for the manager and he came over and had an attitude the whole time she was talking to him."

Perkins offers a great variety of meals throughout the day. Great family style favorites like meatloaf or pub-grub like burgers.Friendly staff. Great bakery to get dessert to go.

Hearty Man’s Combo two sunny side up eggs, smoked sausage, sausage links, crispy hash browns and three buttermilk pancakes with a side of gravy. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. I finished it all. Excellent service.

I will describe the service exactly, 7 uhr 4/16. the restaurant was not full. it took 15 minutes for the drinks after ordering. it took another 20 minutes to eat after order. the manager knew what happened and apologised, but nothing went faster. the restaurant has uneven temperature ranges. it is very cold in some areas. I will delete this description on the basis of the conclusion of the next visit. Visualizza piatti

Stopped in for breakfast last Sunday and went with the build your own breakfast, (2 eggs scrambled, hash browns, 4 sausage links and buttered toast). Hash browns were crispy on top and sausage was cooked to perfection as well. Can't wait to go back for their turkey and dressing meal. It is a comfort food must especially during the cold, winter season. For you fish fans, I recommend the grilled salmon.

While visiting our son in Whitehall, we had the delightful experience of driving through snow flakes to Perkins Restaurant in Bethlehem, Pa. A very nice gentleman server got all of us started on our breakfast with hot coffee and Cokes followed by warm muffins of our choice. So delicious were the blueberry, apple cinnamon, and the banana nut flavored ones. There were so many other breakfast choices, that I can't possibly tell you what they were, but you need to go there. You'll be glad you did.

I ordered through Uber Eats and the item listed on the order, as well as the receipt, was completely wrong. When I called Perkins on 3rd street and spoke to Sean (Shawn) to explain the error, he stated that he could not refund my purchase because the ‘button didn’t work.’ This is 100% unsatisfactory! This was a mistake made at Perkins, by no one else, and Perkins should make this right. A complete refund should be made to my by Perkins considering that I have been a loyal Perkins customer for more than 25 years! Visualizza piatti

UPDATE: I am very happy that I received a reply from the owner to my message below, and I filled out the survey they gave me. I will update further after I receive the next reply -Very disappointed meal brought to me was completely unacceptable. Ordered a second different meal and that was wonderful. But the manager thought it was sufficient to not charge me for the first meal, giving no discount for my troubles, not even a free soda. Wish I had taken a picture of the first meal...it was ridiculous that anyone thought that could be enjoyed.

not happy that waitress my waitress says I went to the toilet room. she deliberately took my coffee that I drank the table clean and left someone else sitting there. she's the blonde dame, I'm sure she's aware of who she is from her demeanor. they could have let me know that people are waiting for people I don't think they put someone in my table to get rid of me. not happy I asked her how much I owe her only a $10 bill when she lol with her philadelphia attitude. I saw the look of the young man who probably hit me the table. He looked at everything she does, how she does a lot of luck.

"The first time I went here during Restaurant Week on a date with my significant other, I thought the atmosphere was great, the food wasn’t too bad, and the drinks were made very well. In fact, we liked this restaurant so much that we suggested having a company party here so others could try it, as well. Needless to say, that was a horrible idea. As we learned, this restaurant doesn’t know how to accomodate large parties. Our party included about 11 adults and we had made reservations at least two weeks in advance, maybe more. We willingly changed our reservation time to a later time to better accomodate the restaurant and they still did an awful job at accomodating us. They have a party room, but we were not offered to sit in there despite the fact that it was empty when we got there- and still empty when we left. When we got there, our table wasn’t ready and what they finally arranged for us was cramped and uncomfortable. It would have been nice to be able to talk with the rest of the people sitting at the table; however, it wasn’t really possible given the seating arrangements. As far as the food was concerned, the tuna tartare appetizer was the standout of the evening, and everything else was sort of mediocre. I ordered salmon and it came with potato and vegetable sides, all of which were cold or lukewarm when I got my plate. From what I heard from a few people around me, everyone else enjoyed what they got, but it wasn’t memorable food by any means- standard fare like crab cakes and steak. Boring. For dessert, quite a few people at the table ordered the chocolate pot du creme- which turned out to be a generous portion of thick, heavy CHOCOLATE GANACHE that was way too much to eat for a dessert portion. It might have been good if it was a smaller portion, or used to top a cake, but they served it in what looked like a small soup bowl. Ugh. During the course of our stay, everyone had at least 2-4 cocktails, an appetizer, main course, and dessert. You can do the math to roughtly figure out what the bill would be for 11 people before tax and tip. Keeping that in mind, not 10 minutes after we had finished our desserts, the manager came over and we were conspicuosly ASKED TO LEAVE because a party of 12 had just arrived. REALLY?! I looked around as we were walking out and noticed that more than half of the tables on the one side of the restaurant were EMPTY. The arriving party could have easily been seated in that area, and our party would have probably ordered at least a few more drinks per person!! The way I see it, they lost out on maybe an extra $100 or more for the bar – and future business – because of how we were innappropriately rushed out the door. The restaurant is OK for couples, but I wouldn’t consider going back with a group- if at all. I frankly haven’t been back there since this experience. It is a damn shame that we reccomended going there because I know it would have been a much better experience at the place we usually go to. The GM wouldn’t dare to kick paying customers out, especially a party of people, 10 minutes after they finished their dessert because they know how to plan reservations accordingly."
