Everything was great , service food as well as atmosphere will definitely be back

Service was slow and food was cold. It wasn’t busy either, not sure what happened because this is typically a super dining experience.

Food was good. But with the new folks in the kitchen. The sauces are not consistent from week to week. Pot sticker sauce is one example, hot mustard varies wildly in thickness. Visualizza piatti

We took some guests to PF Chang, but we were so disappointed. The food is not the same. I got the salt and pepper shrimp, and not only was it small shrimp, but not even the same as before. All dishes were a disappointment. We will not return.

Service was terrible. So disappointed. The server seemed to care less about being pleasant and we had to ask several times for refills. Wish the calamari hadn't been changed to an entirely different dish. Very greasy. We probably won't go back.

Service was great as usual. Today I tried the new Korean Bulgogi steak. It was amazing. It was a very high quality cut of NY strip cooked medium rare with a sauce that reminded me of the sauce on the Mongolian beef but better. It was served on top of roasted new potatoes. Amazing. Service was excellent! Food was bland and super disappointing. Not at all what we expected from PF Chang! I got Kung Pao beef and it was bland and boring. No spice to it. My wife got a chicken dish and it too was bland and boring. She was super looking forward to coming here tonight as she typically loves this place. Unfortunately now, we won’t be back.

Longtime customer since this location opened. (Read years) Hard truth is it has become very inconsistent since about long before Covid issues. When they follow the recipie, the food is amazing. The problem is that hardly ever happens anymore. Frankly, despite living near by, we drive to the Tulsa location. It's that much better. I'd LOVE for the OKC location to do better but this management team can't get it done. Service is generally good. It comes and goes like all restaurants do now. Reviews and complaints fall on deaf ears.

They claimed they couldn’t find our open table reservation. My husband and I were seated in the bar area. The server was slow as molasses. We asked for real menus because we like handling real ones. He made the comment we just have to throw them away, after you touch them. There we six people sitting at the bar. To be fair they kept asking him for items after he would bring something out. He completely ignored my husband and I. He never once said, I will be right with you all. After minutes of being ignored we left the restaurant. I informed the manager of the situation he offered to serve us himself. We declined went went to Tamashii and received excellent service! Visualizza piatti
