I ordered pho ga and pho tai, and I've always found the delivery to be fresh and hot. The food is delicious, and the vegetables are fresh. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!

I stopped in for lunch and had the shrimp paste on sugar cane, accompanied by little vermicelli wraps and boba smoothies. Everything tasted just right! However, the waiter forgot to include one of my items, which is why I rated the service 3 stars. Overall, the food earned a perfect 5/5.

I visited this restaurant and was pleased with the variety of vegan options available—at least eight dishes to choose from! The pho I tried was delicious and reasonably priced for a healthy meal. It was packed with fresh vegetables and vermicelli, and the presentation was absolutely gorgeous. Our servers were also very friendly and attentive, which made our experience even better. Tai 16 has decent flavors, but I have some concerns about the portion sizes. When I order in-store, the servings are much more generous and more in line with the prices. However, my recent takeaway order had the smallest amount of meat and noodles I've ever received. For the price of $18 plus additional fees and tip, I shouldn't have to ask for extra just to have a satisfying meal.

Nice place, great food. Service fair. My biggest complaint is the restroom path accessibility. There are multiple things blocking wheel chairs to move freely on the restroom hall.Also, restrooms used to be cleaner and neat. It needs attention from management.
