Pho -ever - Piatti

Hands down the best Pho I’ve ever tasted! The spring and egg rolls are excellent too! The Vietnamese coffee is decent also. Definitely going back!

Everyone in a Pho-Café with workers who look like overworked Asian boys, good as cafe is normal with a pleasant receptionist / waitress. It has bar seating, outdoor tables and inside. Beautiful black dish plate. They leave with the usual #1 LG bowl. $9.

This review is purchased for my last meal (Crise Chow mein) for participation in 7/15/2022, the noodles were mold. I didn't see it until the food was brought home, spicy noodles should be torn out, not try to cook. What if it makes your customers sick? I'm skeptical to come back. Visualizza piatti

Delicious! As Usual. I've been going to Pho Ever for years in Vista. I was in the Area and had to check out the Encinitas location. I miss you in Vista Don. Glad to see you killing it at your new spot on my way to District 1 in Carlsbad hopefully Icatch you there. Much respect to the Pho Masters of San Diego County. Thanks from the Nissan Tech ????

One of the vegetarian egg rolls tasted strange, so I stopped eating it. The fried tofu in my vegetarian pho was incredibly dry and spongy, I think it was significantly gone-off. Actually, I know it was, because less than an hour later on my way home I had to quickly make a stop to find a bathroom lest I ruin the driver?s seat of my brand new car. Do NOT get the fried tofu. Also there were about 8 gnats on the sriracha bottle on our table.

Good pho, 3.5 5. Really enjoyed the broth flavor, pretty good fresh noodles, but the meat was a bit sub par in terms of texture and fat around edges. Given the hefty price per bowl, and the name of the establishment, this should be improved upon. Bahn mi(Sandwich) w beef 4.5 5 Great smoky bbq flavored beef, hearty veggies and very good all around sandwich. No complaintshere. Was the best Pho I've ever had. It was so flavorful. A good portion, you might be able to finish in one sitting, but they have nice plastic soup to-go containers for the more likely leftovers which is nice because it's usually hard to finish all in one sitting. We took 4 year old and almost 1 year old and I really liked that the waitress said they could essentially make any dish as a kids item, and our son wanted shrimp so they made him really good fried rice with shrimp which both kids ate (my 4 year old actually like the shrimp soup more than his mom ordered and shared it with her). Consistent quality, an impressive menu, and a casual, laid back atmosphere. The menu features many well-known dishes from traditional Vietnamese cuisine. The food is well prepared and packed with flavor. Prices are reasonable. Serving sizes are huge. You can never go wrong with the Pho. I 've tried it several times, and each time it definitely hits the spot. The rice dishes are delicious. It is served with Steamed Rice, and BBQ Pork, Beef, Chicken, Meatloaf, Pork Chop, Shrimp, and/or Egg, or a combination thereof, and with a light, fresh salad.
