"Unfortunately, our group of arrived at this restaurant on New Year's Eve for our pm confirmed reservation made thru OpenTable, and we were turned away since the restaurant was closed for a private party. We then had to scramble to find an alternate restaurant on New Year's Eve. We had children and a grandmother with us. Fortunately, another area restaurant accommodated us so our evening was saved. We WILL NOT be returning to this restaurant. Both the restaurant and Open Table had my contact info but neither contacted me to indicate that our reservation could not be honored. Poor customer experience!"

had to wait one because on our table, but others then was eating and service good. it would have been nice if the foods were labeled on the buffet.

This place is absolutely amazing! We have been there twice so far and would definitely go back again. We were very impressed with their wide variety of appetizer and grills option. Sunday Easter brunch was just ok. We didn’t feel the spread was plentiful or enticing enough for the hype and appearance of the place. Just enough to get by with the essentials. A little disappointed when it came to any form of protein. Was mostly rice, pastes and salad, and dough pies. Desert had baklava and mini jello pudding cups.

Phonecia is the ancient name for Lebanon but this might be better labeled a mediterranean restaurant. We have Lebanese friends so are familiar with the food. This place does not compare. Meat dishes were cooked until cardboard level, Greek salad with canned olives??? Our server was nice and tried but he mumbled responses...not an accent just mumbled words. Music was awful and very loud. Wine list weak to awful. Big place and clearly set up for evening entertainment which we assume came later. My suggestion is pass on.
