You usually have to go to New York to find sushi of this quality. I ordered the Omakase for $60, and it was worth every penny. If you’re a fan of toro, you'll love the bluefin tuna set. We have always enjoyed the food here but the last time we went, they charged an automatic gratuity or something on our order with no notice! Didn't see any signs saying they do this, their payment thing isn't even a screen to choose a tip amount, just a card reader. They added a 20% tip on their side of the screen without my approval.

We relocated to Stow five months ago from California and were concerned about finding great sushi and Asian cuisine in our area, as we had plenty of fantastic options back home. However, Phoenix Express has proven to be a worthy competitor! The food is fresh, healthy, and incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The owner and staff are friendly and genuinely grateful for your patronage. We are thrilled to have Phoenix Express as part of our new neighborhood!

Five star!!! We came with my family. Lot space at the parking lot. Inside is clean and quiet. Fast and excellent service. Fresh fish and vegetables! We had shrimp hibachi with vegetables, 2 fried sushi, 2 fresh rolled sushi, miso soup and garlic butter fried edamame. Most places you gonna taste giant eagle sushi but not here. So delicious! Mostly we liked that they are brings your sushi in the box which is easy to take with you! We paid $91.27 tip. We gonna come back again.
