The dining experience is exceptional!! You can literally close your eyes and point to ANYTHING on the menu and it’s a winner!! Desserts are great too but they MUST hire someone to make Picarones on the weekends to top it off.

Excellent! This is by far the best spot for Peruvian cuisine in Virginia. The ceviche was spectacular, incredibly fresh and delicious! The rest of the meal was also fantastic. I will definitely be returning very soon. I highly recommend this place, 10/10.

I have visited several Peruvian restaurants in the DMV area, but none compare to Pio Pio Restaurant. The food tasted even better than I expected, it was absolutely delicious! The prices are reasonable considering the high quality of the food and the elegant presentation. I felt like I was enjoying gourmet-sized portions. The restaurant is located in a beautiful area, the ambiance is cozy, and the waitstaff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Desde que nos mudamos a Virginia, mi novio y yo hemos estado en la búsqueda de un restaurante peruano con comida realmente auténtica. Estoy tan contenta de haber encontrado a Pio Pio, porque ahora si puedo disfrutar de deliciosa comida peruana, tal y como lo hacía mi Mamá! Toda mi experiencia fue de 5 estrellas! El servicio fue genial. Ingrid nos atendió y con mucho cariño nos explicó el menú. Cuando pregunte sobre el frejol canario, fue tan amable y nos hizo probar un poco de ello antes de ordenar. Pedimos los clásicos Lomo Saltado y Tallarines Verdes con Bistec y quedamos encantados! Finalizamos nuestro almuerzo pidiendo gelato de Lucuma, y nuevamente estuvo exquisito. Gracias, Pio Pio! Ve...

I am a big fan of Peruvian cuisine and I have high standards when it comes to food. This restaurant has consistently maintained not only delicious flavors in their dishes but also exceptional customer service over the past year and a half. I have tried almost everything on the menu and have enjoyed every dish. The desserts are also delicious. I highly recommend trying the algarrobina, even without alcohol it was amazing. Whether you live in the area or are just visiting, I strongly suggest giving this place a try. They now offer delivery as well. I usually don't write reviews, but this place truly stands out.
