I decided to try out this small restaurant located near the Food Lion on Oak Island about three years ago. I had always been curious about it while shopping for groceries.

I enjoyed the food and have eaten here multiple times. However, the sanitation rating was lower than I would have liked. I believe this may be due to ongoing renovations. The Mahi bites were absolutely delicious and are my favorite dish at this restaurant.

I've eaten twice in the last two months. The food was good both times, but I think they cook food instead of cooking it when they get a job. The frits were hardly warm both times, hush puppies, scallops and shrimp were also not hot. I guess the food is served so fast. I'd rather wait a few minutes and get hot food.

Love her food!!! I have eaten several times, seafood, steaks and burgers are great. And I only realized that they also serve pizza; what I will try next time! The atmosphere is covered and they have just added to a large indoor dining room and bar. I personally love to eat outside on the terrace in the sea breeze. This is a great little bar and grill with outdoor seating that gives it a tropical island feel. Even though it was still before noon, there were already a few people enjoying beers. The fish sandwich was amazing, although the only downside was that the outdoor deck is right next to trash cans and a construction site, which takes away from the ambiance. But other than that, I can definitely see myself coming back on a Friday night.

This bar and grill is a cool spot with a small outdoor seating area reminiscent of an island bar. Even before noon, there were already several people enjoying a drink. The fish sandwich was delicious, although one downside is that the outdoor deck is located next to the trash cans and there is ongoing demolition of a nearby building, which is not the best view. Despite these drawbacks, I can imagine myself returning on Friday evenings.

I am always amazed by this place! It may look like a dive bar, but it's actually a fantastic spot for dining and drinks. Our group of 5 (or 6 if you count the dog) chose to sit outside and were promptly greeted and served with delicious seafood dishes including a large seafood platter, a dozen oysters, peel and eat shrimp, chowder, and hush puppies. Everything was excellent! The hush puppies and chowder were crispy and flavorful, while the seafood was fresh and delicious, with a surprise of some frogs legs in the mix. The staff and patrons were welcoming and our dog enjoyed the attention from passersby. We have been here before and will definitely be back. Visualizza piatti
