"Still very hungry, I decided to drive to the restaurant to resolve the issue. When I arrived, the place appeared to be closed because it was completely empty inside, which struck me as odd. I then noticed a group of people outside, and to my astonishment, one of the employees was enjoying herself with friends instead of working. As people passed by, she told them that they couldn’t place any orders because all the dough was frozen, and she also informed delivery drivers that they couldn’t pick up any food either. When I approached her, she was exceedingly rude, immediately stating that she couldn’t handle the food box and wouldn't take the food back. I wasn't asking for a return; I simply wanted to address the issue. After she mentioned that I would have to wait for the dough to thaw, which could take a long time, she went back to socializing with her friends outside. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a business. Moreover, she never apologized or showed any concern for the fact that my entire order was wrong and that there was an allergy-related ingredient in it. I hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible."

My favorite pizza spot on H Street! It's especially perfect for a late-night snack. The staff is also very Deaf-friendly, making it a wonderful place to dine. Highly recommend!

Pizza is good. Service is great! Ordered a build your own pizza. The staff helped me pick my options because is very indecisive. They were very nice. The restaurant was clean. I will definitely be back soon.

I only had one issue during my visit: they ran out of fresh mozzarella cheese. I managed to get a bit on my pizza, but my coworker didn't, and you can definitely tell the difference without it. Aside from that, the staff was very friendly. They worked well together and were quick in their service. One of the guys had long dreadlocks that looked great, by the way. The other gentleman wore dark glasses and a skull cap. I hope they receive some recognition for their excellent service! Thanks, guys!
