"The food was fabulous and the ambiance was spectacular. I had the sauerkraut mushroom pierogi and my friend has the Lasagna. The lasagna portion was huge! Could have fed two or three with smaller pieces. The salad came family style snd was excellent, little heavy on the balsamic dressing so if you prefer to portion your own dressing ask to have it on the side, but the dressing was delicious. Everything was very good including the service. Bartender was accommodating in making our cosmopolitan on the skinnier side and was so good. Highly recommend eating here and soaking in the beautiful history of the once church, and the authenticity of the beams, brick and stain glass windows is just beautiful. follow up Dec 18, reservations very busy evening service was little slow, but they were busy. Steak dinner but they were “out of scallops “ huh ? Plus I don’t like that they charge $7.38 to use credit card for paying ? Who does that?"

"During my visit to Western New York, I stumbled upon this family-owned diner cafe that has been around since the 1950s. The menu is quite extensive, offering a wide variety of options. Despite arriving for lunch on a Saturday at 3:00pm, we noticed that they closed at 2:00pm. However, we were able to still enjoy a delicious meal. I had a fantastic triple decker ham sandwich, while my husband opted for a tasty meatball sandwich - both made with fresh ingredients. The service was outstanding, and the owner even provided us with local recommendations. Although we may not be in the area often, we would definitely consider returning if given the chance. The prices were reasonable, and we heard that they offer a hearty breakfast menu as well. It seems like they have more hours during weekdays."

"The best part of my meal was the pickle that came with my beef on weck. The beef was very dry meat was tough. The French fries were nothing more than standard crinkle cut fries, which I hate. The chili I had before my meal was decent but nothing to write home about. My wife and daughters' meals were also equally disappointing."

"I am always delighted to order food here for so many reasons. The quality is amazing, you can tell that she really puts her heart into everything she makes and the ingredients must be good quality because it leaves you feeling good and happy instead of bloated and upset like a lot of restaurants. I've been here a few times and the environment is so warm and welcoming-her family is right by her side and they are REAL, down-to-earth people. I will definitely be coming back here for the food, the people, and the smile it puts on my face.
