first messed up my order then, ordered a cheese pizza and got really really thin crust. just burnt cheese. what????? want my money back pizza hut.

Almost half of the menu items were either unavailable or took an excessively long time to prepare, and many of them tasted like frozen food. I would suggest going to a regular Pizza Hut and placing an order there instead.
