I had the worst experience at Camilla tonight; the drive-thru service was terrible.

People looked like they just put on any type of clothes and some of them don't wash there hands

The food has consistently been undercooked during our last 4 or 5 visits over the past couple of years. This seems to be an ongoing issue. I wouldn't recommend dining here. Visualizza piatti

They are much closer to us than the Pizza Hut in Moultrie, but they never answer the phone. We keep going to Moultrie’s because, as I mentioned, Camilla’s Pizza Hut simply doesn’t pick up. We get placed on hold and can never reach anyone.

Garbage service, workers are rude and they made out order wrong two times and when they were making the correct order they told us that they were closed and will not make our food and told us they will call the cops if we don’t leave. We got scammed for $47. Never come here

The website is incredibly frustrating! I spent an hour trying to place an order through the app, but I couldn't succeed. When I called, the price they quoted was different from what was listed on the app and website. The last 4-5 times we’ve been here the food has been absolutely terrible. Pizza is ALWAYS undercooked and order is never done on time. I wouldn’t mind waiting if i was waiting for the food to he prepared correctly. This is, by far, the worst Pizza Hut. I’ve made sure i go months between visits hoping they would get better, but they continue to be terrible. So this has been an ongoing problem. Not just a one time thing. The only reason i have been back is bc they are the only pizza place in Camilla. I doubt i will ever go back now.

I ordered food while I had takeout from another place, so I sat down in the takeout area, which has no tables. An employee politely asked me if I could sit in the dining area, and I agreed and continued eating. Then, the manager approached me and asked who I was. I explained that I was a customer waiting for my food. To my surprise, she insisted that I get up and wait outside. I informed her that I was an out-of-town truck driver, parked behind the plaza, and I just needed to eat since I hadn’t eaten all day. Her response was dismissive—she said, “I don’t care, you can’t be in the dining area.” I noticed that employees had left their hats and cups on tables while on break, and I offered...

We never change our order; my Aunt always gets the Supreme Pan Pizza. It’s fine, considering we’re at Pizza Hut, after all. My constant complaint is that we can never get the same deals they offer online for delivery or pick-up when dining in. If you eat at the restaurant, you get nothing—no discounts, no deals at all. Are they trying to discourage people from dining in? It sure seems that way, and maybe that’s why there are so few dine-in Pizza Huts left. When I mentioned this to my Aunt, being a classic old-school Asian, she suggested that next time we just order in!
