"Best egg drop soup I had in years!!!!!! And the Mongolian chicken is so tender, the word succulent actually comes in mind. My lunch companion felt just like the moo goo gai pan. Don't forget the service. The lady who served us came from China. She allowed me to ask her about the menu before I chose my meal. She pretended she was happy to serve customers for the first time! I like that. She helped me decide which meal I actually wanted to try on my first trip to their facility. Then she and I conversed very quickly that the only difference between what she served m6 and what she would have got in China was the soysause I added. You would have had it in the meal."

"I always ask for Extra sauce and emphasize my request. I'm assured there is ample sauce in the bag. Tonight we had a total of 9 sandwiches and they only gave us 4 packets of horsey sauce. Not sure how less than 1/2 pack per sandwich constitutes extrasauce????"

"I always love Chili's. However this particular chili's. I didn't like. I probably won't go back here. The staff was rude. The bartender waiter was worse. It took a long time to get out drinks. He wasn't very friendly at first. He probably want sure if we were gonna tip or but bc it was late. He did warn up a little towards the end But you try to tell me that I couldn't use my birthday reward at the same time as our free trips and salsa rewards that we get every time we come for being a valid customer is what it says but he would try to say that I couldn't get that and my birthday gift of the molten lava cake or whatever I'd argue with him and he had to go get it approved. Or so I thought at the end as we paid and we walked outside I realized that he hadn't brought me much cake to go like I had asked when I told him that I wanted to use my birthday award. Again he tried to argue with me.I argued with him about being able to get my reward for my birthday this should have been any reason I can't get it no matter what I've ordered so the manager comes out she's a woman She tries to say that and it's not compatible with the two for 15 meal thing or two for 20 whatever it was and I said yeah but I bought three of them and it's a reward for being for my birthday because I'm a loyal customer I can to get it anytime no matter what or food I order off the menu"

"Walked into a whole mess of some drama i had no clue what was going on, i think an employee was mad cause they sent him home lmao, almost walked out because entire staff wasnt paying attention. Also the cashiers are a bit rude. Just avoid, theres much better spots in poteau. Edit walked in today to a similar MESS and it involved the workers there all very unproffesional were cussing and yelling about how they hate theor job. Dont ever come here. Bad."
