"WOW! I was in town for work and I am so glad I found this gem of a restaurant. You can tell the vibe is LEGIT Hawaiian they don't mess around. I got the Surf and Turf Garlic shrimp and teriyaki beef with Cauliflower rice (Holla! and macaroni salad and grilled veggies as my sides. I also got the Spam Musabi (Because Duh..... Literally everything that went in my mouth was the best Hawaiian food I have had state side and I have had a lot. The only thing I was a little sad about was the lack of Poke options however maybe that can be something added in the future because I know they would knock it out of the park. Don't hesitate if you are thinking about this place for sure go. P.S. Dining area is quote small and more of a Fast casual type vibe. I took my food to go."

"I placed an order for my food at 5:15pm with a pick-up time of 5:45pm. When I arrived at the restaurant, my order was not ready. I waited patiently until 5:56pm and then inquired about the delay, as I needed to leave for work. The lady at the counter asked if I had ordered from a different location, but after providing my pick-up location and order confirmation, she found my order and informed me that it would take a while to prepare. I decided to politely request a refund instead. I hope to receive my refund within 5-7 days, as $15 is a significant amount of money to lose. This is not the first time I have experienced delays when ordering ahead from this restaurant. It seems that they struggle to keep up when they have more than three customers."

"Update 9/12/24: After giving the new drive through change some time to maybe work out some kinks, I think I would clearly say now that the revisions are, in my observation, a complete failure. In the three evenings that I have visited since it debuted, I have had longer wait times than ever before, and I now get stuck in line after I have received my meal because someone in the line ahead of me has not. They took what was one of the agile delivery schemes that I have ever experienced at a fast foot chain (something to literally brag about), and turned it into an inconvenience. Not great. I don 't want to use an app to order my food. I want to drive by, think to myself, wow that sounds good for dinner, and have the exceptional experience I have come to expect. I believe that Chick-fil-A is the gold standard for quick service restaurants. Their food product is exceptional and their staff is typically well trained and courteous. However, the location and Derby Kansas recently reconfigured their drive-thru to have a dedicated mobile order lane. I am sure that this was an intentionally implemented inconvenience to try to encourage more mobile orders, but until that happens, it has turned their normally lightning fast drive-thru service into something much less amazing."

"Love this place!! Best custard and awesome veggie burger. I go here a lot and they have never disappointed me. I have had my order messed up maybe a couple times in the years I’ve gone and they always make it right, if you just simply tell them. Staff has always been super friendly. I’m looking forward to their Key lime Pie concrete in June. If I had one bad thing to say it would be they need to serve those year round."

"First experience when I moved here was take out the night we moved into our new home. We were celebrating. The problem was that our order was missing an entree, all the salads, and the dessert. I ordered at the bar to make sure it was done right. Got home and it was a disaster. Should have checked myself but trusted them. Manager made the extra items and gave us a gift card. Later found out the gift card was just $25. It was a $170 order originally. Thought that was a little light for having to drive back to the restaurant and missing eating with my family on our first night in Derby. Update- Take out meal was done correctly tonight with no errors. Maybe they have fixed it. Food was as ordered this time."
