Best pizza in Tipton. Staff so incredibly friendly. I have a couple issues. 1) Crust is great. Cheese and toppings are great. Red sauce needs some work though. Severely lacking in depth of flavor. 2) staff was oh so nice. So friendly, I loved every interaction, even though they were brief. I removed a topping from a signature pie and subbed a different topping of equitable value. I was still charged $4. Seems pinchy if you ask me. We will definitely be back. Only a handful of the Pizza Kings around the area seem to serve that traditional crispy PK crust. We asked to make sure it was a little crispy in case that wasn't their norm, and they were happy to oblige! Crust came out perfectly cooked! Service was great, as we originally intended to carry out, but decided to hang around and eat in. We were still given our Pizza boxed as we ordered but were also brought plates, napkins, flatware, and offered parmigian and red pepper seasoning. Super friendly and welcomed us back!!

This review is solely about customer service, after our experience over the phone we didn't end up ordering any food. Before calling I looked up the Pizza King menu online, first I tried to order something that was listed on the online menu, but apparently not available at this location. No big deal, I was going to order something different to go along with the special that was again listed on the website. The poor girl that answered the phone was nice, but had to refer questions to someone else. The lady in the background came off annoyed with us about trying to order something that they don't offer, but when I referred to the special listed online, she made it clear that she was very annoy...
