"I loved the order from this place because it was convenient. I ordered 3 cheese steaks online for delivery. Someone from the store called me five minutes after my order. I did not see the calls I literally called back 5 minutes later from the time she called me, and she asked me for clarification on my orders I answered and went on to try to make sure that the other orders were correct they were suspended. I called back and spoke to another man and made this change with him. After talking to the man, my food arrived like 10 minutes later and was wrong as if I knew. I called the store and the lady on the phone was so rude that this is not her fault, because the delivery driver was already out when I first called her back. What makes no sense because it was a total of 15 minutes after my order when we spoke and I ordered 3 cheese steaks? Anyway, if you knew the order was wrong, why not tell your delivery driver to come back. Or even tell me he was out? Then my husband called her back, she argued with him and then hanged up, he tried to call back and she picked up the phone and put it back. As a company, you should satisfy your customers. It was only 1 of the 3 cheese steaks that had to be repaired, it doesn't need anything to make another in the right way and send it out. Terrible terrible customer service."

The crab dip pizza and fried Oreos were perfect. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend.

I always order the Southwestern Chicken bowl and add shrimp to it. Never disappoints! I just tried the fried Oreos and they were absolutely delicious. Felt like I was at the carnival?LoL

I have spent plenty of money at this place and the food was good but within the last year it's been **** I ordered a cheesesteak I was dry asked for extra mayo and extra cheese didn't get either Imma stop wasting my time and money

I always ask for extra cheese which is like two dollars more and extra onions.... I never get extra anything. I know this cause I asked my husband for a bite of his and it tasted the same. Now the subs are good but when you like what you like and you know what you like and you don't get it, it's very disappointing. So the next time I'll just get pizza

Horrible customer service of the managers is very unprofessional myOrder was placed at 9 a.m. the driver didn't put to my job until 11 brought cold food then when I told with manager he said he didn't give me refund had nothing to say why his driver took 2 hours to deliver and told me we don't only give money but they were fast to take my money and not supply food. The reviews are amazing but I must’ve ordered the wrong items from the menu. The cheesesteak was super dry and they didn’t add the cheese I paid extra for. The mozzarella sticks.. I don’t even know what to say about those but they went to waste and were trashed. No one would eat them. The fruit punch tasted like cleaner. I’m sure their other food is good, but I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of my meal, including the ridiculous prices considering how they tasted.

I ordered from here quite regularly. The pizza is delicious! The subs are good. The salads were delicious. I gave 2 stars above all because the last three times I ordered salads from there, they are wrong. When I first ordered the chicken Caesar salad, they forgot my chicken. The second time they added for my chicken and green peppers. This last time they forgot to add my onions that should actually come with the salad, I ordered extra. And no green paprika. I won't order salad anymore.
