The staff was excellent and the food was served hot. The fries were delicious. However, the chicken did not suit my taste preferences.

The food is delicious!!! It's about $10-$15 a plate. There's no kids menu, but there are hot dogs, wings and chicken tenders, so that covers lots of kids. There's outdoor seating that's good for COVID-19 social distancing. The chicken sandwich is amazing as were the tacos. I would certainly go back.

The quality at this restaurant has declined in recent months. The last two times I visited, the rice was not up to par - it was not sticky like usual, and the chicken wasn't fresh. The sweet potato fries were lacking seasoning and were soggy and thick. After multiple disappointing experiences, I have decided not to return to this location due to the decline in quality.

I liked Ponkos a LOT. The fries are so good, the way they make them is super good. I had some tenders with each sauce, OG was hands down my favorite. The rice is made perfectly with just the right amount of stickiness. The wings were cool, but not super great. Potato salad was awful. Atmosphere is really laid back and the customer service is A1. I have been a big fan of Ponko Chicken for a while now, and I always order the spicy chicken with ranch dressing. The last few times I ordered takeout, I requested 2 extra ranch dressings. Despite seeing the note on the bag and even confirming with the person handing me the food, I was disappointed to arrive home and find no ranch dressings. Ponko Chicken, please improve your service!

The food is amazing here. The portions don't look that big, but they are very filling. The food came out hot and fresh and was delicious. The sauce was delicious and all of the food was well seasoned. The cherry on top was the service from Demi. I had never been to a Ponko Chicken and Demi made recommendations, was able to explain the entire menu, and was extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you Demi!

This restaurant is a great spot for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend the chicken, rice, and fries. I would pass on the pickles since they typically come with your meal. The addition of a salad as a side dish really enhances the meal. And don't miss out on the desserts! The red velvet and chocolate cake cups are amazing. The only downside is that they can sometimes be busy and forget to include items in your takeout bag. Be sure to double check before you leave! Visualizza piatti
