Delicious food and a friendly staff make this place special, with the owners personally welcoming guests! I enjoyed a perfectly cooked medium steak with pommes. The restaurant features beautiful wooden panel dividers between the tables, and the staff all wore masks. We had a wonderful time!

The food here is fresh and delicious, making the slightly remote location absolutely worth the trip. It's a good idea to make a reservation, especially during busy times, but you might still be able to get a table without one. We've visited a few times and have enjoyed everything we've ordered. Just what the area needed. Beer and Food selection is good and prepared with care. There’s a full bar with some signature drinks that can be surprisingly good as well. Cozy bar, friendly conversation, and a clean restaurant all around. Kid friendly, has outdoor seating, and can accommodate large parties if you call ahead (way ahead is best). Waitstaff is better here than most places in the Upper Valley. Thom is a gracious host. We have always enjoyed our time here and recommend it for a date night or family outing. Kid-friendliness: No trouble bringing the kids here.
