"As usual, service was outstanding. Food was definitely below par, especially for the prices attached to them. One guest at our table ordered salmon medium rare, and it was delivered more like medium well. Walleye appeared to be deep fried and not sautéed and held a great deal of excess oil, which was not appetizing, nor aesthetically pleasing to look at when delivered. The restaurant is far too loud, but on a positive note, it was full of fun energy"

"not sure how to start with an honest assessment at all. birthday dinner for me and the woman. two burgers ordered, medium well tempos. the burgers received them and they were well done, dry and a bit carved. the server stopped when the food was delivered and she did not see it again until it was time for the check. had a general manager there in the meantime to appeal to the burger. asked the gm what they thought that the temperature of the burger he was paused (as if he tried to find out what I ordered) and came back with a medium well answer. burger had zero pink in him (see in the pictures.) he said nothing else, not I'm sorry, is what they ordered, or how can we do that better for them. Nothing. I took the plate, shook his head and went away. I can't even put this stuff up if I wanted. had the jack, mentioned eating to the server, they asked us if we wanted dessert, we went back and that was it. no birthday or a good night. we felt kind of like we had done something wrong, no matter what, honestly, if they were looking for good quality food and great customer service, they don't come to pittsburgh blue. they can get a lot better food everywhere too much better preisen! we have been driving for years to pittsburgh blue, especially the location edina and the quality/customer experience have been falling for years. why did we go back? big question, we advise that we hope for this complete dinner (customer experience and food quality) that we have many years ago. by the way, pittsburgh blue also calculates a 5% safety/benefit fee, not sure why!? I have not seen anything justifying a complaint (sanitizing, etiquette, etc.)"

"I always enjoyed dining at the Roseville Good Earth location because it was not overly pretentious. However, I was disappointed to find that the Edina Galleria location was a bit more upscale. The prices were not extremely high, but the food was disappointingly average and bland. I felt that it was not worth the cost. Additionally, I had a complaint about the 5% service charge added to the bill. If the restaurant wants to pay their staff more, they should just raise their prices instead of hiding the charge at the end of the menu. The era of COVID supply chain issues is behind us, so there is no need for this added fee to be permanent. If it is a permanent charge, they should adjust their prices accordingly, or consider following the example set by Hell's Kitchen."

"The asparagus, goat cheese, basil flatbread was amazing! A large group came in and made alot of noise, it would have been nice if they'd have put them in the room in the back, which appeared to be empty."

"First time here for Sunday Brunch. Food was fantastic, well presented, great choices. We were sat in a back room and I felt as if we were at Perkins. I had a reservation but wasn’t expecting to be stuck in a back room. Pinstripes is so pretty overlooking the lake and the fall colors of the trees was beautiful. I wish we could have experienced that. Next time I will request the main dining area. Reception was typical. Three young girls not really sure what to do. Felt like I interrupted their girly conversation. They all looked at each other like they didn’t know where to seat us. Party of 2. Not that hard. We will return but now I know what to ask for when making a reservation."
