I only shop there when i have coupons. But what bothers me is that. The chicken tenders are more batter then chicken. And they want 30 cents for the honey musturd dipping sauce

this popeyes location is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. I have to tell myself I'm not a big fan of popeyes. the traditional crispy chicken sandwich was just okay, I got a page of fries, again they were just okay. If they like popeyes huh, they should like this place.

Complete incompetence. Ordered a few times, always an issue. Wrong food, dried out, spoiled coleslaw, or missing food. Today is the final order I will ever get from this place. After looking through my camera roll, I came across the photos from my visit on May 21, 2022. I was extremely disappointed with the food. It seemed like they had run out of fries and replaced them with something that resembled shoe leather. Even my children refused to eat it once they saw the condition of the food. This was not acceptable. On a previous visit, I also encountered issues with stale shrimp and chicken. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

as others say more valuable. this branch can not get the orders right! either they give you an incomplete order or a completely false article. such inability and annoying to the customers. ok mistakes happen, but what is worse is the terrible customer service and the rude hiring of the manager! when they come back to complain that an article is missing, he acts like her lying and gives them a doubtful ton. this kind of customer service will have this place close soon. people with such rude attitude towards customers who give them business should not be patronized. the staff and manager of the popeye’s in rockaway mall offer so much better service.
