From when I walked in there was a guy standing in front greeting customers his professionalism was great. When I left a different man either manager or owner came in working and made sure I was taken care of.I had the pleasure of having Stephanie she was great and was so sweet. When you've had a rough morning it's nice to come and be around nice people. I LOVE the way I was treated. Oh and the food was great ?"

"From Houston here for worksuper picky about so many things. Especially about charbroiled oysters and crawfish. Just floored at the service and food. I have to be honest, from FL, live in The Woodlands, total foodie, generous in my opinion rarely. Holy cow! The charbroiled oysters are Dragos pluscharred bread Dragos plus! Then I had to be talked into crawfish because my friends and I have tried most to only be disappointed. Our place in Houston.people drive 50 miles to get to. But!! Being here tonight with two Louisiana peepsthey were pushing for crawfish..we started with 3 lbs then after tasting and devouring, ordered another 3 lbs. you guys so surpassed any doubting minds. You must visit these guys, ask for extra wet and dredge them through the boil!!! I’m sorry I didn’t get more picsthis was our fourth order after I had washed my hands. lol"

"Just NO! I’m so sorry to have to say this to the business owner and the employees, but y’all have to do better on cooking the food. Also, maybe watch some YouTube to see how professionals prepare the food and entertain the customers. People go to hibachi restaurants for both. Frankly, both were pretty bad. I will say, the service was fine. PART 2 I was trying to be polite and constructive in my initial review, but based on the owner’s response, additional input is warranted. First, I have no clue as to what the owner is referring to when he/she mentioned “splitting a plate.” We never made any requests. Second, the food preparation was doused in soy sauce. The food was almost inedible. The salad was soggy and soaked in ginger dressing. I bet the salad was prepared hours before it’s served, The shrimp tasted like it was caught in a low-tide and then served to us also drenched in soy sauce. It’s been hours since we left and i STILL have the nasty taste in my mouth. Even after using mouthwash. I should have taken a picture of our finished plates, there was probably a 1/2 cup of soy sauce leftover combined. The hibachi entertainment performance was weak. He had EXCELLENT utensil skills, but he did not do most of what our kids usually expected. Dear Sir, the performance is the main reason we bring the kids to the hibachi grill. The man did the utensil maneuvers. He did a weak volcano. He tossed the egg a couple times and that’s it. No water in the kid’s mouth, no sake in the adults mouth, no corny jokes, no throwing zucchini in mouths, and no engagement with the customers. I give the guy 5 out of a 10. Finally, the restaurant cleanliness was disgusting. The bathroom was gross. I would hate for the department of health to do a pop visit, especially the kitchen. Your restaurant was that dirty. And to think, I left a tip."

"Food was delicious from my couple of experiences. Went there with the family a few times, the 2301 roll is absolutely wonderful, and the yakitori and gyoza are tasty, too. The service has been pretty good, no real complaints but nothing stellar. Maybe some very slight delays, but still good and fairly attentive. My BIGGEST complaint is that it's always very warm in there. Been in different rooms even when it wasn't super hot outside, and it's still hot inside. The atmosphere is otherwise fine, the place is clean and decently nice, but they need to lower the temperature a little to make it more enjoyable in there. I like the place, and would go back much more if they'd get their A/C straightened out."
