"We live in Ohio, but whenever we visit our family in Pittsburgh, we always make it a point to enjoy lunch or dinner with them. On Saturday night, we dined at this popular restaurant and had to wait for a table, which was understandable given its popularity. Our server was excellent, although I suspect we weren't actually in his section, as all the surrounding tables were served by someone else. The food was delicious, just as we had anticipated, and everything arrived hot and together—a big plus when dining with a large party that includes several small children! Considering how busy it was, we were impressed with the speed of the service. We left happy after our 2.5-hour drive!"

Wide range of sandwiches. Love the Cole Slav, Pommes, Provolone and Tomato Combo. I had the sausage and Rhonda had the pastrami, really good stuff.

Great sandwich, very friendly staff and great atmosphere! Of course the atmosphere was enhanced as the Steelers victory played out on the multiple screens around us.

Best sandwich in Pittsburgh, went with my son the other night had the wings and the Pittsburghbuger!! It was so delicious! Service was prompt and she was very nice. Hope to go there again when I come to visit!!

The sandwiches were absolutely delightful, the waiter provided excellent service, and the prices were quite reasonable! This spot is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience a classic Pittsburgh establishment. We traveled from Illinois after a friend recommended it, and we were certainly not disappointed!

We dined here this afternoon and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Jennifer, was fantastic! It was her first day, but you would never have guessed it—she was that good! (I’m a bit shocked, to be honest.) She was very accommodating for my husband, who has a gluten sensitivity, and she was so kind to our kids as well. Our drinks were always filled, and we truly felt taken care of. Great job, Jennifer!
