Caramel Cheesecake Burrito was good. Cheeseburger was burnt, dried up, and cold. I threw it away. Not worth the price.

The Loaded Cheesesteak Bomb is simply outstanding! The food at Primanti Brothers is incredible, and I highly recommend it for both dining in and delivery!

I’m not sure what the other reviewer was complaining about; we were there on the same day and everything was fantastic. The restaurant is very well managed. It seems like someone might just have a grudge.

The cheesesteak bomb was incredible! I just didn't get my pickles. I had both the ranch I purchased and the one for the pickles, but no pickles came with my meal—though I did get a lot of fries. The food at Primanti's is fantastic!

I typically stick to my usual favorites when I order, but my last two experiences haven't been great. I thought the last order might have been an off day for someone, but unfortunately, today's order was also disappointing. I'm a 57 year old,the worst coleslaw I've ever had. My sandwich was horrible too. Our waitress Jessica was amazingly great.. The restaurant in Pennsylvania are way better. Manager didn't even introduce himself knowing we were disappointed. I will never eat there again. The highlight of my night was the happy hour. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Save yourself some time and money and don’t order the Mac and Cheese for your kids. It seems more like an afterthought and just a filler dish. They do provide plenty of burnt fries as a substitute, though. The service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired, likely due to poor management. Our server did an okay job, but she forgot a few things; while it's not a huge deal, it's clear she was also helping out in the kitchen, which made us wait longer for our check.

I stopped at this restaurant on my way back home to Pittsburgh, and I have to say, I was really disappointed. The coleslaw tasted off, and half of my sandwich was just packed in the box, the bread was burnt, and the fries were overcooked. Even the thousand island dressing had an unexpected spiciness to it. I also ordered nacho sauce on the side, but it was watery and not pleasant at all. My husband's sandwich was similar—disappointingly skimpy on toppings. I recommend avoiding takeout so you can check your order and maybe steering clear of evening visits.
