I had a brisket sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious—literally melt-in-your-mouth good! Unlike many places that tend to overdo their brisket, this one was perfect. I definitely plan to come back! Food: 5/5

They rushed to serve us the pulled pork sandwiches, but the meat lacked a smoky flavor and was a bit dry. I also had some disappointing ribs, but it wasn’t an issue to return them. I’m giving it 3 stars because I was hungry, and the food was decent overall.

Only had pulled pork left at 6:30 but let everyone stand in line until they reached the front to let anyone know. Ever heard of the number 86? Good thing for them they are the only bbq place in Cadillac. Draft beer prices have almost doubled from 2 months ago. Visualizza piatti

I liked it. Lately, so most of everything was sold, which is a good sign. The Brisket Sandwich was pretty good. I tried her Carolina mustard sauce and it's probably one of the best I had over the years. The hot Bbq sauce also had a good heat. Will definitely get back in when it goes north.

I stopped by for lunch and opted for the pulled pork sandwich accompanied by potato salad and a soda. I also asked for a sample of the freshly sliced brisket, and it was fantastic! My meal was ready and steaming hot within five minutes of placing my order. All of this for under $12, making it a complete and delicious meal. Food: 5/5

This restaurant is pretty good overall. I think it could use a bit more smoke flavor; the brisket was a little too soft, reminiscent of pot roast, and didn't have much of a smoke ring. I would definitely eat here again, as the BBQ was tasty and the kids enjoyed the mac and cheese. It's a nice little spot that also has a shop. The prices were reasonable as well. Visualizza piatti

We held our wedding at Cadillac Winery and were impressed with the catering. We enjoyed the pulled pork, brisket, and brisket mac and cheese, along with coleslaw and cornbread. While the cornbread and coleslaw were just okay, the rest of the food was outstanding! Everyone raved about how delicious the meat and cheese were. Their prices were more competitive than other venues we considered, and we had a wider variety of options. I highly recommend Cadillac Winery for catering at special events!

I thought that the brisket was amazing! My wife and i stopped there for lunch while on the road. We grabbed two brisket sandwiches. Dang! Freaking good!The one complaint that we had was that we both needed more BBQ sauce than they sent us away with. For me, it was an annoyance. For my wife however, it was a show stopper. That's all I heard about for the next half hour.I wish to heck that we'd just asked for extra BBQ sauce. Heck! I'd already spent 15 bucks on each sandwich. Even if they would have charged me a dollar more for an extra sauce it would have been worth it.Thirty bucks for two sandwiches seems like a lot of money. In fact, it seems like too much money for two sandwiches. Right? B...

We hired Primo's BBQ's Food Truck to cater our 120-person wedding. While the food was great, the service and professionalism was disappointing.We met with the owner, Jason about a year before the wedding to hire their food truck and he was more than happy to help us out. We emailed back and forth over the next few months to nail down the menu, qtys, and details like buns for the sandwiches and buffet needs, etc.2 days before the wedding, we are notified that Primo's forgot to charge us for the actual food truck and assumed we wouldn't mind if the truck didn't come, or we had to pay an additional $300.
