Proietti is an amazing restaurant! I hosted a dinner for my family who traveled from NYC, DC, and Boston for an event, and everyone loved their meals. The food is exceptional! Our waitress was incredibly attentive and friendly, and we enjoyed a lovely private room. I highly recommend Proietti—it’s truly perfection!

We ordered the off- premises buffet for two different dinner parties and we were absolutely pleased both times. Chicken French, pasta and sauce, greens and beans, salad and rolls. There was one person gluten-free and Proiettis made up a special dinner forher. We couldn't be happier and our friends and family are still talking about how delicious the food was. I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The linguine with white clam sauce was fantastic, and I can confidently say that their French onion soup is the best I've ever tasted. The staff was wonderful, and the food was exceptional. I will definitely make the drive from Williamsville just to dine here again! Keep up the great service and delicious food!

Last night, I had the wonderful experience of dining at this beautiful restaurant with my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly courteous, warm, and welcoming. This was my second visit, and living in Genesee County, the long trip was definitely worth it. I highly recommend Proietti's to anyone in search of an outstanding meal. The chicken parmigiana is truly exceptional and was enough for a second meal. Thank you for a lovely evening!

I met some friends for dinner, and it was a fantastic choice. I was truly impressed by the level of attention I received. Our server, Ella, was very diligent about ensuring my selections were milk-free. When I asked her to confirm with the chef, and found out that one dish couldn’t be prepared without milk, she offered me alternative options. She did the same with the salad dressing and even made sure to remove the crumbs that contained cheese.
