Welcoming and clean this restaurant/bar has good food, drinks and entertainment. Ordered the Mac and cheese with pulled pork. Amazing!! The cheese burger was moist, tasty. The food is out of this world delicious!!!! Don’t pass this one up. Enjoy!!!!!

Our whole baseball team came in after a day of tournament at Ripken and the folks at Puckett’s were so nice and accommodating. I have had several great experiences in Franklin, but the Pigeon Forge team was amazing!! Thank you so much!!Kid-friendliness: Little league team

I’m not sure why we waited so long to try this gem! Each time we have been the service and food has been top notch!All the employees are super friendly and the service is really fast!The fried pickles are a favorite of ours. The food was decent. It was tasty although the portions were a bit on the small size. We still enjoyed it. Our waiter who had a thick Tennessee accent was the nicest and made the whole experience enjoyable. The place looks beautiful inside and really gives you a mountain cabin feel along with great decorations outside.

Easy to read menu board on entry. Do your own drinks from the Coke family. Sweet Tea was a bit thin, but thats ok. Very calm and quiet atmosphere. Interacted with very few staff but they were nice. 93 degrees outside. Inside was very comfortable. Was notba meat locker but I didn't sweat either. Just nice. Seat yourself.

This is an outstanding BBQ spot! We brought our dog along, so we opted to sit outside. Three different staff members (possibly the managers or owners) came out to greet our furry friend! We ordered the Puckett's BBQ Platter and added some catfish. For sides, we chose French fries, coleslaw, and collard greens (which I had never tried before). Everything was fantastic! The brisket was tender, the pulled pork was delicious, and the catfish was coated with perfect cornmeal breading. This was my 110th cheesesteak in the last five years, and I ended up breaking my own rule by trying one outside of the Philly area for the second and final time. I ordered the Nashville Cheesesteak for $12, which included a side. I opted for the premium mac and cheese for an extra $2. I thoroughly enjoyed the brisket, the mac and cheese, and the lively bartender. I appreciated the convenient order-and-pay system as you enter the restaurant. The cheese sauce was delightful, and I even used my fork to savor the brisket separately from the sandwich. The roll, cheese sauce, and toppings tasted just as good the next day. I highly recommend trying the piggy mac and cheese!

Was overwhelmed with having to order our dinner at a restaurant from the large screen right behind the cashier like at McDonalds, Taco Bell, etc) when you walk in. Four families standing behind us while we had to hurry up make up our minds w kids also to order) with probably 100 choices of food that ranged from appetizers, sides, main dishes, beverages, desserts ranging from. 4.99- 34.99. We had to tip our server right then before she waited on us. We tip 20%. We also had to get our own drinks. Our bill was over $100 2 adults- 2 kids) Food was punctual tasted good. We visited on 7/28/2023 and we were just driving up from Florida back to Jersey. We decided to stop for dinner and chose this place because the menu looked good online. It was very strange because I didn’t realize you have to order your food and pay for it as soon as you get in. We ordered three soft drinks and two waters. When we sat down to wait for our food a worker came over and in a very loud and obnoxious tone of voice said “I just confirmed that you didn’t pay for those 2 waters.” I said, we’ll we ordered two waters.
