QC Entertainment: Where arcade dreams come true! The games are so addictive, I'm considering joining Arcadeholics Anonymous. Don't worry, I'll bring my own tokens.

A lot of the games are not working. The arcade games prices are over priced I would not recommend this place based on the employees, have had horrible experience with customer service.

I truly love this restaurant and its prices. My family always has a wonderful time here. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The drinks are fantastic, and the wings are mouthwatering. I highly recommend it! Visualizza piatti

The staff is a bunch of young kids who play the games and on their phones. Literally paid $48.00 to bowl and got ripped off the lanes didn’t keep accurate score we couldn’t reset the lane and the kid working was more interested in what his buddy was doing than helping reset the lane!!! WE WONT BE BACK WHAT A JOKE!! Go to highland or to miller time bowling.

You can spend your money here or you can go somewhere with better service that's cheaper. Teenagers on their phone ignoring you wjile you try to purchase a lane or rent bowling shoes, and they won't allow outside birthday cake in unless you conveniently upgrade to a birthday party package and spend more money. Seriously this place is terrible. Way too expensive.

We had my son's graduation party at QC Family Entertainment, and everyone enjoyed themselves. There are a lot of fun things for everyone of any age to enjoy: bowling, arcade games, laser tag, restaurant and bar. The party host was so helpful and friendly! She made sure our food and drinks were at out party station within a timely manner and refilled drinks as needed. Visualizza piatti

We visited on September 10th and found that the laser tag was unavailable, and more than half of the games were out of order, which they did inform us about. However, I didn't see any mention of this on their website or when I made the reservation for our party. The place was quite empty during our visit. On a positive note, we enjoyed the food, and the service was excellent—our waitress, who had blonde hair in a bun, was fantastic. Overall, we had a good time, but I wish we had known about the game situation in advance so we could have rescheduled.

My family, along with my brother's family and our cousin visiting from out of state, decided to go bowling for a few games, and we ended up having a really disappointing experience. When we arrived to pay for our games, the cash register was broken, which forced me to pay a $2.50 fee to withdraw cash. To make matters worse, my cousin's lanes broke down at least three times, and we had to keep calling the manager to get them fixed. Additionally, several arcade games were out of order. I really wish they would make an effort to repair their equipment before allowing customers in; it would save everyone a lot of frustration.

Honestly, I'd love to support this facility more but after our last visit I'm hesitant on going back. Our last visit we really enjoyed UNTIL a private party let their kids wreak havoc on the arcade. Not one adult came out of the private party room to supervise the kids. The skeleton crew of staff were really trying but never once talked to the party about the kids behavior while we were there. The group of 5/6 year olds were actively destroying arcade machines, running into people, playing hide and seek behind and under games, etc. I went to find a staff member to help my son with a game that wasn't working and one of the kids thought I told on him so he ran up and punched me in the hip whil...
