I decided to try Ramen 101 since my go-to ramen spot was closed. Unfortunately, the soup base didn't have the rich flavor I was hoping for, and the chicken in the ramen was overcooked and dry, even though it was sitting in broth. Overall, the meal was just average, and I found myself wishing I had chosen something different.

I was pleasantly surprised with my order! Got the Black Garlic Ramen (F) medium and extra spicy. I will say extra spicy has a more basil taste which isnt bad, but I prefer not. It is a lot more oily. I ended up scooping the oil out. Next time I will only get medium and add my own chili oil. Otherwise, the portions are really big! The flavor is there and the toppings are really good. Glad to have a good ramen place near by.

The broth and egg were delicious, but everything else lacked flavor. The noodles were a letdown; they tasted bland even after soaking in the broth. The tofu, unfortunately, added nothing to the dish—it felt like it was just taken straight out of a container and plopped into the corner of my bowl. I was quite surprised to see a to-go order handled this way, especially since this would be the only experience for the customer.

My daughter enjoyed the Ramen. She was disappointed that the delivery size is not as "filling" as the in-house dining serving. The Chicken Rice was disappointing. Only a leaf of cabbage with (3) broccoli flowerettes. I ordered extra chaitsu pork, over -marinated over cooked dry pork shreds is what i got. The potstickers were full of glass noodles and little actual meat. Glass noodles in pot stickers ??? With the price paid, not an enjoyable experience.
