"Wow, this is a great example of a local hole in the wall type restaurant. The Ramen was quite tasty, not over portioned (warning), appetizers were yummy and fresh and the service was good. The only complaint was that the appetizers came a few minutes after our Ramen order, which was made up by the appetizers being so delicious! This place is quite inconspicuous in a strip mall, but hey that's part of the adventure of finding good restaurants. The prices were very reasonable. I've added pics of the menu so you can decide for yourself! I will come back but beware that with Covid, they are only seating 8 guests at a time which means you will likely need to wait. I guess ordering out ain't bad, but eating it fresh probably is the way to go! Enjoy peeps!"

This is the best ramen in town and it's priced better than the $17 to $20 range! The only downside for me is the hours of operation.

There wasn't anything particularly outstanding to highlight. The service staff were very friendly. The spicy tonkatsu ramen was enjoyable.

One of the best ramen I've eaten ! Delicious, appropriate size and rich in flavours. I do recommend! They practice very fair prices and the staff is very attentive to their guests. Visualizza piatti

Best ramen I have had in Vegas! Everything is very flavorful and the prices are great. Many add on options for the ramen as well. Service is fast and the servers are friendly. Reckoned any of the ramen dishes along with the edamame and gyoza.

These servers are so disrespectful. Japanese people doesn't force you to freeze outside in the cold. And just imagine the heat when the summer comes. I was the first at the door when they opened and the server still forced me which table to sit at ‍ I do think the poor service affects the ramen experience.

This was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend it to any ramen lover. The flavors were fantastic, and the spiciness was just right—spicy, but you could still savor all the wonderful tastes. I can't wait to return! I really enjoyed the kimchi and gyoza as well. The thin noodle tonkotsu was amazing! Visualizza piatti

I highly recommend everyone to dine at this restaurant! The service is excellent, and the food is truly exceptional! Even though I don't live in Las Vegas, my girlfriend and I make it a point to visit whenever we have the chance. The prices are surprisingly low for the outstanding quality of the food! I can't express enough how fantastic this place is! I really hope they remain open during this pandemic. I simply can't get enough of this wonderful spot! Please go and support them; you won't regret it!

The portions are incredibly small. I got half an egg and one piece of chasu. I finished all my noodles in three bites. The flavor of everything was really good. Broth was rich and flavorful and the noodles had a good chew. The previously frozen gyoza was meh and I don't think they cooked it all the way through. Service was friendly but terribly inefficient especially in such a small, non-busy place. I had to ask for chopsticks, napkins and gyoza sauce while the servers could be seen and heard chit-chatting away. Not a good look. I wanted this spot to be really good, because it would've been convenient for me, but I probably won't come back based on my experience. Too many other ramen joints...

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
