The food was fantastic! The onion soup was incredible, and the prime rib was cooked to perfection. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I ordered my steak medium well, but it arrived medium rare. I sent it back for correction, and it came back very well done. However, the waitress was excellent and very apologetic about the situation. My partner enjoyed his dinner, though.

I've dined here twice over the years, and each visit has been excellent in terms of both food and service. The calamari was exceptional, rivaling what you would find in a high-end coastal restaurant. The seating was comfortable, the prime rib was delicious, and it made for a lovely evening overall.

I hadn't visited The Range since before the pandemic, and I was disappointed to discover that they no longer offer blue cheese melts, bananas foster, cherries jubilee, or dark handmade chocolates for dessert. It's sometimes the little details that create a memorable experience, and I hope they reconsider these cutbacks.

Worst customer service in the whole laughlin area. I ordered 2 14 ounce prime ribs, and a few deserts. Cheryl was rude, condescending, and abrupt. She told me she would text when my order was ready. She never did. It sat on the side for 10 minutes while she socialized with her coworker. My order was cold and not edible. If this is how Diamond members are treated, why be a member? We have been visiting this restaurant for years, and our waiter, Roberto, truly embodies what a fantastic server should be. He listens attentively and allows us all the time we need to relax and ponder our meal choices while we take in the stunning views of the mountains and the beautiful Colorado River. The food is consistently delicious! We ordered the pork chop and the prime rib, both of which were cooked to perfection. We were too stuffed for dessert this time, but we have enjoyed their desserts on previous visits. Overall, it was a delightful and laid-back evening!

The food was just okay; my prime rib had a lot of fat, and my friend's pork chop was average. The broccoli was quite tough, and the lobster was small. Additionally, the wait was far too long. We had a reservation for 5:00 PM and started our meal on time, but didn't finish until 6:50 PM. When the waiter brought the bill, he assumed we wanted one check and mentioned that we hadn't informed him we needed two. I wasn't aware that it was our responsibility to specify this. Am I in the wrong? I've been dining at the Range for 30 years and have never experienced service like this before. Our companions have stated they won't be returning. It was 112F outside and the air conditioner was not working properly. Needless to say its was unreasonably hot and uncomfortable. I ordered a Bottle of Dom Perignon and was disappointed when the waiter returned with an inexpensive bottle of another brand and explained it was the best they had. My pork chop was over cooked and extremely dry, my wife's steak was fatty and grisly. Inedible. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They are way off the mark. They need a new Chef and General Manager who can recognize the problems with the restaurant and fix them instead of ignoring them.
