"I thought the concept of the restaurant was fascinating, which led me to make a reservation. Outdoor seating were an option so I chose my party. from the beginning the concept was not properly explained by the host. I was pretty confused not to lie. something that would have explained the process would have been better, it is super hard to hear the people talking with masks that cover their face. Anyway, the whole menu is very overpriced. a white claw for $8? ridiculous. also ordered the pulled pork sandwich $14 I could add) and it came dry with absolutely no sauce. I had to ask for Bbq sauce on the side. for $14, the sosse should be with the pork. there was a nice live singer/pianist outside, but it was literally 5 feet from us. could not even talk to my table. very frustrating. the service was very slow. it seemed easy as if the staff were not very prepared for a Saturday night crowd. when I received the reception, there was no option for a custom dollar amount for a tipp. they had to choose from a given percentage. I didn't like that either. overall it was a nice night with friends, but I won't come back. much more beautiful place in naperville for a better value."

Good outdoor patio. Good was marginal at best. I had the bbq platter. Meat was almost all fat and very tough. Would not recommend.

manager was super helpful as it was our first time. this is a super fun date night or outing with friends! great experience and good eating.

Great food and atmosphere. We sat outside but was very surprised at the overcrowded tables and lack of social distancing and masks on the inside. I do my own thing but as a warning to others, don’t go there if you’re anxious about Covid.

Red Arrow impressed us with a beer selection to quench any thirst and food that was stellar as well. Really enjoyed the smoked chicken on the grilled cheese and the tater tots that went with it! I hope the beer garden remains a permanent fixture too.
