"We were in Sumter a week, ate out 4 times and this was the worst place.I understand everyone is understaffed!!The problem is when you have 3 employees standing in the front on their phones not helping anyone one or doing anything.We got seated and no silverware. I realized we didn’t have silverware when our food arrived. I walked up to the front and asked if we could have some silverware . They said is needs to be rolled. I’m like I don’t care if it’s rolled I just want to eat. But nope I didn’t get any… I asked another server got 1 plastic. Server came back then we got 5 more plastic. We were a group of 6.Our server asked to clear our free dinner plates we handed her what was available and she said “I’ll just leave it here”. I did not understand.We waited for a bill or her to come back… no one so we paid at the table and left.Three people still on their phones, no thank you, bye, have a good day nothing.Our food “I assume” was hot when it came out, and everything was correct. Just no support to make the evening go well.A true disappointment ."

NY Strip was spot on, 1st round of biscuits were cold , but the next 4 rounds were melt in your mouth delicious ?.

Love the endless shrimps! Two times we had it! Had a dozen raw oysters too! They were great and only $18/douzen. Good Cole Slav and Cheddar cookies!! Visualizza piatti

unusually good. how much better than normal. the chefs and chefs make it delicous. in the talkn salat with generous dressing, biskets with more butter, pasta with more sauce. everything was well worse. it was so good, I just ate it and forget to make photos.

Fabulous food- my steamed broccoli, grilled salmon and flounder were the most delicious meals I've ever eaten in every restaurant! Our server Tashiana was enthusiastic and attentive and made our birthday dinner special at Red Lobster Broad St Sumter, SC. (cve)

Mary, the manager, was so friendly and knowledgeable. My son loved touching the lobster! My servers Cody and Jujuan were friendly, professional and fast. They made wonderful recommendations and were fast and efficient. Our entire culinary experience was and is always AMAZING. Visualizza piatti

Mary one of the Managers is absolutely awesome! There was a minor mistake to my order and She came out to my car and made me feel so special.She is the best Red Lobster/(any restaurant) manager that I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. Thank you so much Mary wish I knew her last name to put it in this review!

Walked in at 6:30pm on 5/30/22. The parking lot had roughly 10-15 cars which is not a lot for this location. There was four 3 employees standing behind the bar just goofing off. The forth employee walked and and right past us to go join in with the other three at the bar. Not once did anyone speak or acknowledge us what so ever. We stood there for around 5 mins before walking out. Poor customer service.
