The service was quite slow. We had to look for our waiter to receive the check.

The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. We were truly delighted by our dining experience and plan to come back.

the food was delicious and the service was excellent. we were very pleasantly surprised by our culinary experience and will return.

Even with Priority seating, we had to wait another 20 minutes past our scheduled time to get a table even though no one else was waiting for a table at the time. Several groups of 4 or more walked in without priority seating and were seated within 5 minutes AND ahead of us. The restaurant was not particularly busy at the time with plenty of tables empty. Service was TERRIBLE! Food came out incorrectly...EVERY PART OF IT! Drinks, appetizers, main dishes..Server seemed like she was disgusted just at the thought of having to wait on us before even speaking to us, which is why it probably took 30 mins to get our drinks (incorrectly). We spoke to the manager, who didn’t even approach our table covered with empty glasses and plates towards the end of our meal, and the only thing he decided to do to rectify the situation was change our server? At this point, all we needed was a to-go box for the rolls we didn’t finish (because they didn’t come out until our food), and the check. Very disappointing considering it was for a birthday.

the 2 female host in the front was very rude with an evil attitude from no reason, a (unstained braid) also told me not to use frankly again, because it does not play them here if they want to eat that was terrible caesar salat was old, I sat on table 23 minutes with an empty glass my sever went past me 8x literally. the server are in a corner and speak of the kitchen instead of waiting for them. the server got my order wrong said she could remember it, but not even write. this place is very unwilling, unprofessional, unsafe and under managed. there are many uneducated simple thoughtful young people working there that do not know the meaning of customer service. if they have a weak guide, th...

The food was equally subpar; the Caesar salad was stale. I sat at my table for 23 minutes with an empty glass while my server walked past me eight times without checking in. Instead, the servers congregated in a corner by the kitchen, seemingly more interested in chatting than attending to customers. When my order was taken, the server claimed she could remember it but didn’t write it down, leading to mistakes. Overall, the atmosphere felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional, and it seemed poorly managed. There were too many inexperienced young staff members who seemed unaware of what good customer service entails. Without strong leadership, it's no surprise that the staff's performance was...
