Good service but the food was just ok. I had the coffee rub sirloin. It was decidedly chewy — quite disappointing. Artichoke dip was quite nice. Service was great

The outdoor patio was pretty and the music was good. No beer on tap. Across the street from App State. I ordered hot tea and the waiter lit a candle for us. My husband enjoyed his salmon low country boil. I couldn’t eat my burger.

Our server was wonderful! She was not only very friendly and accommodating, bit she had great local knowledge and let us know of some other places to go while on vacation in Boone.. The food was delicious as well, and my sirloin steak was out of this world! Visualizza piatti

The penne pasta with shrimp was delicious. I got the Delmonico and Daniel and Fish prepared a wonderful steak. It was perfection. Close to Appalachian State! Highly recommend Sophie as a server. She was attentive but not hovering and gave great suggestions.

Came here on a Sunday for an early lunch before leaving Boone to head home. They have outdoor seating which was a plus for having a dog. The food was decent, but nothing to rave about. They have decent lunch specials and good prices overall. A good spot, but I would look elsewhere for better over quality food.

This was the perfect lunch spot for our motley crew of picky eaters, adventurous eaters, gluten-free eaters, and a dog. We had to wait for a table big enough to accommodate 7 on the patio... but it was worth it. We had a half/half cheese and white pizza, salmon salad with lemon poppy-seed dressing, roast beef sandwich and French onion soup, club sandwich, Hamburger, and mushroom soup with penne. Yummy!! The food was creative and delicious, and the service was very good here. We ordered the Mushroom Lasagna, Greek Pasta, Tuscan Red Pepper Chicken, French Onion Soup, and Artichoke dip. All our food was delicious and I would recommend any dish we tried, especially the Artichoke dip. It was unique and heavy on the artichokes, served with perfectly toasted little bread slices. Nice bar too, I tried a lavender lemonade. We will be back when visiting Boone!

Stopped in today for lunch. We ordered the 2 item combo. We had the French dip sandwich, with a delicious toasted French bread and French onion soup. The soup was cheesy but a tad bland. My daughter said her burger was delicious. Overall, the service was great. Our server was very attentive and kept our drinks filled. We also had the zucchini sticks, which were extra crunchy and delicious. We asked for a side of Ranch dressing, which made them perfect. We will definitely come back and try something different.

Visited here for lunch on my anniversary trip to Boone with my wife. The greeter at the front complimented us on our anniversary-themed t-shirt. Our waitress was very kind and considerate, frequently checking in. We sat in a window table and the restaurant has some nice views of mountaintops. The environment is quaint and comfortable. The food was equally as good. We started with some artichoke dip with toasted bread. The bread was crispy and the dip was warm cheesy and artichokes were tender blending well as a dip with the bread.
