"I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"I was so excited to use the free party room for my baby shower! I had it booked for at about 2 months for about 40 guests, and my family frequently uses the room for our get togethers (pre and post C19). The issue was that they decided to use the party room as a storage area. There were boxes, cups, and other materials for the restaurant taking up multiple tables and were stacked more than half way up to the ceiling (a hazard in my opinion). At first the employees said they would move everything, then the manager said it wasn't possible. It was so embarrassing. I ended up having my baby shower in their storage area!! It was even more infuriating that the manager lied to me, he said that they had been using this area for storage for years which is not true. My family has used this exact room at least twice in the last 2 years and it was definitely not used as a storage room. If they had just communicated with me, I would have planned around it by getting some kind of pipe and drape to cover up the boxes. It was just very disappointing on quite a few levels. Thank goodness the food is awesome."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the long line out the front door—it clearly indicated that it was worth the wait. The hostess was friendly and efficiently organized everyone, so the wait wasn't as long as I expected. I tried the lemon ricotta pancakes, and they were so delicious that my husband only managed to get two bites! He ordered the chicken fried chicken, which was tender and served hot. While his eggs were a bit overdone (something we've come to expect), he asked for crispy bacon, and it came out just right—not burnt, but perfectly crispy. We’ll definitely be back! Our waitress, Jennifer, was the best we’ve had in ages!"
