"We arrived and we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress took our drink order and they were brought out quickly. She came back and took out food order and that also was brought out fairly quickly. The food was good and my kids enjoyed it. After we received our order though our waitress never came back to our table. We weren't able to get refills on our drinks ororder more fries. I don't know how the service went from really good to non existent."

We eat in all the time. Today we got it to go. What a huge rip-off if you get it to go. Where is the manager to make sure there is consistency? What a waste for a $16 burger meal.

Red Robin has always been a favorite place for my family, especially since we have several kids. I looked up the location on Google Maps to confirm, but I also wanted to make sure the Azalea location was a good choice...

There have been quite a few changes since my last visit. When we were seated, we saw that the dishes and menus were stacked on the table. I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to order at a kiosk, but the waiter soon came over to help us.

It?s a good burger. It?s pricey for a small burger and they serve the swiss cheese and mushroom burger is a bit messy. They slap the mushroom around the buns. Next time I will just go in Jack in the box. It?s cheaper and with the drink and a good curlyfries. Visualizza piatti

At Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, the entertainment fee feels like a scam—they charge $2.49 just because there’s a play pad at your table for kids, whether you use it or not. It’s an unexpected charge that doesn’t seem fair, especially considering their menu prices.

I bought some mr. Beasts burgers from here and not only did my food arrive late, there was no meat patty on a simple two burger order. There's no way to get a hold of them to give a refund because this is not worth 40.00 dollars. Very poor service, willcontact my bank to give a refund.

We got here about an hour and a half before it closed we didn't feel rushed by the waitstaff. The burgers were definitely good. The gripes I have is that we asked for a medium burger we got a well done burger. we also were never gave anymorefries once we finished ours. "Solid chose for a cup of coffee, I can see why the reviews are high. One star knocked off only cause I can?t do half a star and that half star was knocked off due to the lack of descriptions on the menu, I literally had no clue what I was ordering. "This place was so scrumpdillyadocius, it was April 27 overtime Megan just got leaked I couldn’t let bae go through times like this when I didn’t used to pray for times like that so before I went out n save Gotham n rescue overtime Megan I stopped by this Mexican place called que pasa and it had me droolin, they had me sucking and slurpin there food like it was my ex, really got me prepared to save Gotham I just wanted to say thank u and if u ever need protection just shine the signal in the sky cause I’m not just a warning I am the shadows ? ?"

"The owner or manager checked in on me to ensure everything was good, which I appreciated. The only reason I'm deducting a star is that I believe the place could use a thorough cleaning. While it's not filthy, there is noticeable wear and tear, and it seems like the restaurant could benefit from some updates and TLC. Another point worth mentioning, though it doesn’t affect my rating, is the decor. The theme seemed a bit scattered, featuring a family sign on one wall, a mural on another, wrestling memorabilia, and some Hispanic art. If they ever remodel, I hope they consider revamping the decor to create a more cohesive atmosphere. Lastly, I think updating the menu board would be beneficial, especially since they have so many fantastic sandwich options. A menu that includes prices for sides and drinks, perhaps highlighting a monthly special or two, along with a note directing customers to a printed menu for all options, would enhance the experience. None of these suggestions would deter me from returning, but I would hate for such a remarkable sandwich place to fade away due to its aesthetics."

"Absolute disaster! Where do I begin? Order 4 basic sandwiches for dine in, nothing special with no side, no substitutions, and no special requests. It took over 25 minutes for each of them to arrive at different times. Unfortunately when they finally arrived, we had to grab them to go. The photo attached here-in describes the quality of the Big Dipper sandwich received. Without having to say much, you can clearly see that this is pathetic and nothing like what they show on their website or marketing ads anywhere. Nor is it anything a business should be proud of producing. As for the freshness and flavor, I 'd rank it 5/10. The business can respond to this in any way they want, however you cannot argue that this is unacceptable by all measures. "My brother and I decided to visit Black Bear Diner while we waited for my car to get serviced at Earnhardt Honda. It was a weekday, so we were surprised by how busy it was - it was Friday, though, so that might be why. Upon arrival, we had to wait around 15+ minutes to be seated for a party of two. They took our information via text, which allowed us to walk around the plaza instead of waiting with everyone else. Once we were seated, our server promptly took our order. I ordered the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito without cilantro or red onion because it was my first time trying it and I didn't want the flavor to be altered. I initially tried to order the cold brew coffee but it looked too milky for my liking, so I opted for hot coffee instead. The burrito was delicious! It could have used a little more salt for my taste, but the flavor was delightful. My brother ordered the cinnamon french toast, which he found enjoyable but a bit too sweet. We also tried the spicy sausage patties, the hobo omelette, and the chili bowl, which were all pictured."
