Still great food after all these years. Tasty and filling, friendly staff with excellent service, good sized portions. Recently redecorated. Still delicious excellent service!

Food was ok, but not great. Orders weren’t completely accurate. Service was poor, hard to tell of overtasked or just normal service. No drink refills. Long wait for check. Very loud and oddly busy for 3pm on a Saturday

We adore Jes and Fred. Their customer service is excellent and attentive. The atmosphere in Enfield Ct is always great. The food is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch. Jes is truly the best waitress we've ever had.

This was my first visit to this restaurant since my local location closed. Jen was my server and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I had a member of my party with an allergy, and Jen made sure it was taken care of. We were very grateful for her service and will definitely be coming back again!

Our family loves going here every weekend! Staff is always quick and efficient, food is always satisfying, fries are always fresh. Ive never had a problem with any of the burgers. They all taste great. I usually go for the scorpion burger. Super tasty, just the right spice. Best sweet potato fries around. Best honey mustard around. Heck Best dipping sauces all around! we were received before we were in us, by a very pleasant host who opened the door. we sat right away with menus. less than a minute later our host came with a basket of frits and 2 glass water. the order has been made in no time. the salmon was perfectly cooked and was moist and tasty. the hamburger was delicious and I added the garlic mayo. Very good. our waitress checked us regularly. are large and all items were great. enjoyed!

My girlfriend took me here for the first time ever after the movies. They had lost power sometime before we arrived, due to the strong storms that passed through earlier that day, so they were understandably behind in orders. They told us it would be a half hour wait, which didn't bother us at all, but it only ended up being a few minutes before we got our table. They were extremely busy, but the service we experienced was exceptional regardless. I ordered the Southern Charm Burger and it was delicious. The Steak fries were really good too. They did an excellent job under the circumstances they were dealing with that day. We will definitely be back.

my family came in our local red robin, we were quickly sitting and handed over menus. then forget. we saw several employees who went from us to help others tables. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I started a stop watch app on my handy. during the next 10 minutes we wait for another table seat, order drinks, get drinks and place a food order. at this time, we caught the attention of a waiter. we wanted to see the manager in the service. remember we're still on the stop watch. it took 5 minutes until the manager visited us. during this time a waitress took pity on us and took our drink order. the manager finally came over us explained we had met the 20-minute mark at this point and the 5-m...
