"The customer service at this restaurant is terrible and the food is very inconsistent. I do not recommend wasting your money here. Last night, my wife placed a delivery order but it was mistakenly entered as a pick-up order. After two hours of waiting, we still didn't receive our food. When we called to inquire, they were unhelpful and claimed we had made the mistake. Eventually, the owner called back and offered to remake and deliver the order, but it would take another hour. When the food finally arrived, it was disappointing - the pizza was hard and the wings were rubbery. The owner showed little concern for our dissatisfaction and even accused us of lying. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and I would advise others to find a better dining option."

I downloaded the app and tried to redeem my free appetizer coupon, but the employee who helped me seemed inexperienced and had a bad attitude. The staff should be better trained and knowledgeable about their job. I do not plan on coming back to this restaurant.

Love your food. Pizza is always good. However your wings are hit or miss. We usually get Paul’s Special; good during the week, but on the weekends not as good. I have always loved the food at this restaurant since I was a child. The staff is also very friendly. Their wings bites and sauce are the best, and you definitely get value for your money. My dad and boyfriend love their Italian hoagies. Everything is made with love, which always makes me want to come back. I will definitely be returning soon for the wings bites and pizza.
