Renton Bistro - Piatti

The food was amazing, but the service was a bit slow. Our meals arrived 20 minutes after we placed our order. We ordered an appetizer, but it came out last, just as we were finishing our entrées. Despite the wait, the food was delicious!

This place is unclean and filthy. I noticed a worker named Pamela who was supposed to be cleaning the tables, but it was not reassuring. The service was very poor; one of the male workers was extremely rude whenever I asked for anything.

Just about the very best Vietnamese inspired Asian bistro I have been to anywhere...stunning menu and delightfully delicious. Ambiance is just great and the prices very reasonable. The fried chicken and baked clay pot rice dish with ginger sauce is just unstopable... The appy rolls are amazing- try the grilled pork sausage ones. 06/21/23: generally, the food was great and delicious. I got the Ga Ngu Vi, and it was excellent when eating with their broth. One minor improvement is to decrease the waiting time since it took us almost 35 mins to get two dishes. The staff was great and polite. The space was quite small, and the table we sat at was not much clean. However, I still suggest this local restaurant to anyone

Most of the dishes are very Good.. some dishes with broth( Phở, BBHuế, hủ tiếu , mi.. are kinda a little too sweet ..They 're always Busy.. and definitely need more staffing Need improvement on providing condiments at the tables like : Samba olek, siracha hot sauce,tương đen và đỏ, ớt satế.. plsWe love this place,the owners/servers are very nice and they did the best they could serving customers.. but they Really need some good helpThanks

As a person of mixed Vietnamese and white heritage, I often struggle to find a restaurant that evokes the flavors of my mother’s cooking. However, this place exceeded my expectations! Their vermicelli bowl with BBQ pork was absolutely delicious, and the spring rolls were perfectly prepared! My friend ordered a dish that I can’t quite name, but it was incredibly tasty! The service was friendly and quick, especially considering how busy the restaurant was with a full house and many takeout orders. Both the Thai tea and coconut juice were delicious. The spring roll with peanut sauce was outstanding, while the grilled pork roll was just average. The fried squid was quite tasty. I had the oxtail pho, which featured good noodles and meat, but the broth was somewhat disappointing; it lacked strong flavor. I would definitely return, but I’d like to try a different main dish next time.

Pros: The food I ordered was fantastic on both occasions, and everything tasted delicious. There’s a great variety on the menu. Cons: The wait time for seating and to place my order was quite lengthy, possibly due to a shortage of staff. While there is parking available on-site, it can get very crowded, and street parking is also an option. Please note there are steps leading into the restaurant, which could make it challenging for wheelchair users. Overall, it has a casual atmosphere and is suitable for the whole family.

We waited for nearly 90 minutes and still didn't receive the food we ordered. There's no justification for a family restaurant to take that long to prepare a few simple dishes. Additionally, the server was quite rude and appeared annoyed when we inquired about our food. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge an 18% service fee without offering any apologies. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially when there are countless other Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle that not only taste just as good but also provide better and faster service.
